I have been with Tolliver Agency for more then two years its service and staff have been life saving. The mileage program have taken into consideration my age, 75 driving habits and developed a program affordable, reliable and efficient which has giving me the freedom to maneuver my daily chores with safety and dignity. I am especially pleased with the courteous, patient services it's web sight is easy to get on and explains up-to-date info and references needed to resolve most problems and when I need to speak with customer service they are their without long Waits and nonchalant answers, giving the appearance of caring, I can recall recently talking with customer services about a fraud charge on my card via my bank that I feared would disrupt my services with Tolliver Agency for nonpayment, I was reassured that i had a grace period and reminded me that she would work with me so there would not be a breakdown in communication, giving me the added confidence that I was heard. Great customer service , i.e. courteous, empathetic listeners before and after the sell unlike most insurance companies whose main concern is Money and More Money with no real concern or solution i.e. The Mileage program reaches a population of seniors often ignored. Thanks again for giving me the freedom and dignity to live among my peers safely.
