Avoid at all Cost
We sent an M-Spa unit to this company ( if you can call them that ) in August 2023 for repair, firstly they charged £60.00 for carriage. After approximately 5 weeks and numerous phone calls, speaking to several different people they finally diagnosed what the problem was and asked for a Further £178.00 for spares and repair, again after chasing them and many calls we finally got the unit back on 12 Dec 2023!! AND still in the same broken state it was in when sent. After several discussions ( to be polite) they simply said I could have my money back whicch then took weeks but I finally got the £178.00 but not the carriage cost. I am now having to find another company to try and get the work done. If Toy Monster are an agent for M-Spa then this company should be thinking again as Toy Monster are not doing a lot for the reputation of M-Spa
