Paid a premium for a rapid consultation on getting a trademark approved. This was about a week prior to year's end. I paid extra to get it done within the tax year. I was out of the office briefly, and got one phone call. I returned the call, and emailed them, and I did not hear back at all until the following year. They commented that they were on vacation for Christmas. I was frustrated, acknowledged that they did call once but had no follow through. I offered to pay their regular rate--even though I had to file without them--and they refused, demanding that they get full freight on an expedited fee, which they did not provide. I think they should have at least only charged me for a "normal" processing, which is all they provided. I appealed to my credit card company, and these characters fought it and got full payment for doing, essentially, nothing but a quick phone call. No timely followup. Best avoided, or at least don't pay for rapid service. You might not get it.

I hired this company to file/manage my trademark and paid $2,100 (Feb 2025). I later discovered the USPTO application was DEAD/ABANDONED, and I was never contacted about any Office Action, deadline, or required response that could have prevented abandonment.I raised concerns in writing on May 6, 2025 due to conflicting information and received canned replies. After I pushed back, they stopped responding. When I called later, I was told the person who handled my filing died in July, and that was given as the reason I wasn’t notified.Regardless of internal circumstances, I paid for a managed service and it was not managed. They are currently refusing to refund me, so I’m escalating through formal channels. I do not recommend.

I was charged $1600. They were supposed to handle everything with their attorneys. Something was needed and I was not notified by them and the trademark was cancelled. They claim they tried to contact me but that’s not true. No emails and no calls or messages. I asked for proof they tried to call me and they won’t answer that question. Now they want to charge me all over again and this time they Chaim they will contact me for anything needed which was supposed to happen the first time. No attempt to make anything right. Almost like they did this on purpose so they can charge me again. This company is a scam. Run away from this untrustworthy company.

I hired Trademark Filing USA to assist me in filing two trademark applications through the official U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) website — one for a word mark and one for a logo, each with four classes, for a total of eight classes. Trademark Filing USA told me the total cost for these filings would be $2,800 (not including the service fee i paid which was $135), which I paid in full. However, I later discovered (6 months later) that they only filed one trademark application with one class — not the two applications with eight classes that were promised. Trademark Filing USA knowingly misrepresented the work performed and charged me $2,800 for services worth $350, which is the actual USPTO fee for a single-class filing. They falsely claimed to have completed two applications with 8 classes, but in reality, they filed only one application and one class ($350), while keeping the full payment ($2800). They misrepresented their services, failed to complete the agreed-upon work, and charged for filings that were never made. I have documentation showing what was promised (their receipt) and what was actually filed with the USPTO. They also accepted payment through 2 other company companies names, one being Nestech llc. This place is a big scam. Requested Resolution: I am requesting a refund of $2,450 (allowing Trademark Filing USA to keep $350 for the one class they actually filed). Anyone saying this company is “fast, efficient, transparent, honest, or upfront IS LYING & likely works for this scamming company.

I would be very cautious about using Trademark Filing USA. In my experience, they misled me, overcharged me, and failed to follow through on their promises.I planned to file 12 trademarks at $350 each, based on what their representative told me. After paying an initial "processing fee," I was suddenly told I needed a minimum of 3 classes per trademark, driving the cost up to over $1,000 each. I was never told this upfront.I trusted them and spent $12,000, but only 8 trademarks were actually filed (I got serial numbers for those 8, but nothing for the other 4 despite “same-day filing” claims).Months later, they called late at night with a “time-sensitive” upsell: supposedly, a USPTO attorney recommended adding classifications. This cost me another $9,400 — nearly as much as the original filing. A real patent attorney later told me this was unnecessary and that I’d been taken advantage of.When I questioned them, they threatened that if I asked for a refund, they would “own” my design mark and file infringement claims against my company.They falsely told me they were BBB accredited, which they are not. No one I spoke to seemed to be based in the U.S.Bottom line: While they can technically file trademarks, their business practices are deceptive, threatening, and exploitative. I regret not working with a real trademark attorney from the start.
