This company claims all the negative reviews about them and their employees or so called lawyers are from their competition. I call utter bull crap because I just went through the process of trying to get my business name and logo trademarked through this company. And this company is a huge joke and nothing but a scam. Yet Dylan K Johnson the so called Attorney is a huge joke along with the rest of those scammers with this company. I personally feel Trademark Royal needs to be shutdown by the government.

Beware, they are scammers. Signed up for their initial service to get the process started, I decided I no longer wanted to proceed with their services as something seemed off, they wouldn't send a payment link but only wanted to take payment over the phone among other things that had me unsettled. I asked for a refund of the initial fee and while on live chat with them, they tried to charge my card for $1400 without my authorization, thankfully my bank sent me a message to verify if the charges were mine and I was able to have them not go through. I don't normally leave reviews but hopefully this saves someone from having to deal with these scammers. 01/28/2026 Update..I see they have responded in a way to discredit my honest review so they can perpetuate their scams, I have the screenshots from our online chat, which I will happily forward to trustpilot. I also have the receipt for the initial fee they charged as well so I really hope trustpilot reaches out to verify the truth of my statement, which will prove that trademark royal are indeed scammers and fraudsters.

This is a follow-up from our last review two (2) days ago. I was able to get through on the live chat on their website.When I demanded that Dylan K. Johnson get on the chat they went crickets.After about 15 minutes they said it was Dylan K Johnson on the line. I ran through all of the facts surrounding our trademark and what they said they were going to do for us and how much it will cost. At that point the chat was over. Crickets again.Today the website has been taken down and none of the phone numbers are working. We now have a huge mess to clean up And we are out a lot of money. Please, Please, do your research and don't rely on reviews alone.

FAKE serial number on FAKE USPTO website
This is a scam company (but looked so legit)- Paid the initial $39 for their Standard Protection package then subsequently $700 on the phone with their "attorney" only to receive a few days later with an email containing a FAKE serial number on a FAKE USPTO website. Serial number and my slogan not found anywhere on the real USPTO.GOV website. Wish I could upload supporting images here for you guys! Hey Trustpilot! allow pictures with your reviews! Reports made to my bank, FTC, Googe search, and Bing search already. Protect your money!

Bad Business
After I had a conversation with an employee to not authorize any payments until I notified them, They took it upon themselves to do it anyway!! I was told it was going to be $350 charge. I was notified by bank that they had to block a charge for $700 from this company that took it upon themselves to attempt to charge my card without my consent!!!! I will never do business with this company again. Please ask about all the hidden charges that they don't tell you about on the site before giving them your money.
