This is an excellent program if you put in the work. I was able to quit my job to focus on the roadmap 100%. Your results may vary depending on how much time you dedicate to it.With their help, I was able to get more interviews and more recruiter callbacks, and I ended up deciding between multiple offers for my first job in the tech industry! My favorite part was the correspondence with the engineers on the team. Since I didn't have professional technical experience, it was difficult for me to discuss my experiences and projects in a technical context. Talking with the team's engineers and following the roadmap helped me grow as an engineer and improve my ability to speak confidently about the technical details of my projects.Highly recommend for anyone willing to put in the time and effort.

But it has since expanded to System Design, DevOps, and Recruiter. So, the program is still adding things, which I appreciate.

Helpful to prepare for entry and mid level software dev interviews
I could not use DevLaunch services much since I had to back out of the program after a month. I still had to pay the entire amount as outlined in the contract. I had access to the resources regardless and whenever I wanted help to prepare for an interview during this time, I would be helped by Ryan. Before this, while I was going through the program, I had a technical interview and Tim helped me prepare with a mock interview as soon as I texted in the discord channel designated for my guidance.

I do not recommend a dev launch
I do not recommend dev launch. I was part of it, and they did not provide the support they claimed they would. My technical mentor only met with me once and never really heard from him after. Consider saving $5000 by opting for the NeetCode premium and paying for individual mock interviews instead. Additionally, exercise caution when reading some of the positive reviews, as many of them come from mentors at DevLaunch.

The mock interviews are really helpful When I did my behavioral interview, I had already practiced 10/11 of the exact questions asked. They know what company really ask and it make the interview much easier.The personalized mentorship help to keep focus on important thing to land a role we really want. Some focus on DSA, some on more practical interview questions and for me it was more the tech lead side.There is a couple of coach and they bring the right one to help with the current needs.For me it was really worth it.
