WARNING! This is a dodgy business - do not book with them.

I booked a flight from a small town in Argentina to Buenos Aires. The flight was cancelled a few days before the scheduled departure. Travelfrom then offered me an alternative flight *five* (!) days later, effectively abandoning me completely in the middle of nowhere, in a country I had never visited before. However, Travelfrom continued selling a flight on the same route and with the same airline much closer to my scheduled departure date. I asked to be rebooked on that flight, but Travelfrom refused to do so unless I paid an additional amount. Travelfrom also offered me a refund instead of rebooking me. I then proceeded to book a flight directly with the airline, and decided to take the refund. However, Travelfrom never reimbursed me for the cancelled flight, despite their initial offer to do so. They said that they would only compensate me if the airline agreed to compensate them. Travelfrom implausibly claimed that they do not sell flights at all, but that the cost I had paid them was for "mediation services" (after which the airline had apparently given me a ticket entirely for free). Of course, this is grotesque nonsense: in reality, passengers pay for flight tickets through Travelfrom. Needless to say, I had never paid a penny to the airline for the ticket - I had only paid Travelfrom. Travelfrom's "mediation" is nothing more than re-selling tickets.In the end, I received my money back from my creditcard company. I would strongly encourage all similarly affected passengers not to wait for reimbursement from Travelfrom. The only way to stop Travelfrom's deceitful practices is to claim the cost of your cancelled flight back from your bank or your creditcard company, who do not accept the pretext that Travelfrom is a mere "mediator". But better still, do not book through Travelfrom in the first place!UPDATEAfter I posted a critical review on Trustpilot, Travelfrom suddenly announced that, upon further consideration, I would receive a refund for the canceled flight. However, I had already received a refund through my creditcard company.As far as I'm concerned, this new step only confirms Travelfrom's scandalous mentality, aimed at circumventing consumer law. Apparently, the argument that Travelfrom was merely an "intermediary" is suddenly no longer relevant.l when it comes to preventing negative publicity.I now have my money back, but other customers remain victims of Travelfrom's unlawful policy regarding compensation after cancellations. This desperate step does nothing to change that.If Travelfrom does not immediately refund you for a cancelled flight, I would strongly recommend to claim your money back from your creditcard company. That is the only way to stop this sort of dodgy businesses.

Horrible

I am compelled to update this review because the situation is not improving: despite the time passed, the follow-ups, and the fact that the cancellation was due to THEIR MISTAKE, Travelfrom has absolutely refunded nothing at all.The significant amount has been owed to us for months. Their only communication is a series of hollow responses claiming the "file is in process," a clear tactic to stall for time. They refuse to issue the refund we are entitled to.I am astonished by this level of irresponsibility and contempt for their customers. I reiterate my strongest warning: do not, under any circumstances, purchase your tickets through this platform. Should an issue arise, expect complete radio silence and a straightforward refusal to take responsibility for their faults. Zero refund received to date.

Scam, now client service, now personal space online (the website dont work for your perosnanal/account space). They play with word. Everything is here to trap you and make you pay. You will even have to get boarding pass in the airport like it will be mandatory or you will need to pay ...

🚨 BEWARE of Travelfrom.es (TTN Holding) 🚨I booked a round-trip flight to Ushuaia through Travelfrom.es, and the experience turned into a series of omissions and mistakes on the agency’s part:They failed to notify me in time about an airport change.Even though I made it to the new airport, the airline had already canceled my seat.As a result, I missed both the outbound and return flights.I submitted proof of extra expenses and requested a full refund.How did Travelfrom respond? By telling me to handle the refund directly with the airlines (JetSMART and Aerolíneas Argentinas), even though my contract was with them.Worse: they falsely implied — without any evidence — that I changed my email address, using that as an excuse for not contacting me properly. I demanded proof, but none was provided.I have already filed complaints with consumer protection agencies in both Mexico and Argentina (PROFECO, Defensa del Consumidor, etc.) and will continue to pursue all legal and public channels until I receive the full refund.If you're considering using an online travel agency, stay away from Travelfrom.es / TTN Holding. I booked a domestic flight in indonesia. Totall scam. They send sketcy tickets. I called the airlines and the didnt have any booking under my name. Please never book a flight here. Scam scam scam!!!!

If I could give a Zero I would

If I could give a Zero I would. 1 is too high. They took our money yesterday for a flight for today. They said it would take three hours to process. Spent the whole vacation day calling and emailing France. They said two more hours. This morning the day of the flight they let us know NO FLIGHT!

360 DAYS WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT !

In Nov 2021, I booked flight tickets BRU-LIM and return (Reference N° RW57O9RA). 5 days before departure, the airline cancelled my first connecting flight due to Covid capacity problems.No suitable travel solution was found for me by Travelfrom and I requested a refund. Regardless a dozen telephones to their support line, I did not receive my money back. I also have contacted the airline and they proved me the airline refunded these flights to this agency.Today 10 Nov 2022, this open amount for reimbursement is still reflected on my account of Travelfrom.I can say, they doing absolutely nothing and I would not recommend the services of Travelfrom to any person.On 14 Nov 2022, after above post, Travelfrom took action by refunding me my ticket(s).From my point of view, this case is closed.

Their site claims IATA accreditation…

Their site claims IATA accreditation but when you check closely it was for another company AND expired in 2020!I entered dummy information to see if the seats really existed but sure enough, the badly spelt message "Unfortunatelly no free seats found on selected flight"
