I booked a flight with them because I couldn't buy it directly with the airline, i will never do that again. I submitted a request to change the first flight because the second one was delayed and traveloka sent me an e-mail that the change was approuved by the airline and that there will be no fees. it was not true , i was still on the initial flight and i missed it because i thought it was approuved but it was not. i had to buy a new ticket and traveloka did not refund me.

Convenient but customer support needs improvement
I find Traveloka very convenient for booking flights and hotels, with a clean interface and clear pricing. The app is easy to use and works well for regular bookings. However, when unexpected issues occur, such as flight cancellations or schedule changes, getting in touch with customer service and receiving refunds can take longer than expected. I hope Traveloka can improve response times and provide smoother support in these situations

Guy’s aware of this booking company, I got scam . I booked my sister flights with here 2 children’s, going to my province. I booked going to Dumaguete and what happened , I received the tickets is different. And I call straightaway on the Traveloka costumer services , and they said ( oh I fixed this problem , apologies bla bla. ) so they asked me to wait for one day to respond this issue , I’m waiting never received the email from them . So I ring again . Never solved the issue. When that time I book the tickets , they change the booking I’m shuck! Instead going to Dumaguete ( what they put : Manila to Dumaguete ) Truly scammer this company AWARENESS!!!!!

Re Traveloka:Accommodation booking in Aust for Australian hotel-credit card was charged overseas transaction fee. They promise to refund the fee, requiring paperwork&booking number, drag their feet for months, then say they cannot refund less than $30 US & want to give a credit note instead. I would never book again with them. Booking.com much better.

Got scammed at traveloka, when every item I email for my refundable voucher but can even redeem it, and every time I go threw the process and they end up sending another email with a different assistant asking me to re-do the process over and over again! Didn’t get what is mine and that’s a scam!

Not a responsible and not well connected agent.They will never refund or assist you if there is any dispute. Bought tickets through them and we paid add on for front seats with more Legrooms selection. But a day before when we were checking in for the flight, there were no such seats Called them so many times, and was only told on the day of departure that we have to seek help from the airline, but the flight had already departed by the time they responded. Explanation was due to a change of aircraft, the first front seats were not given even though we paid. We were given center seats and both seats were separated.. Called and email since August and finally replied after 3 months that we will not get any refund at all!! Do not ever use this Traveloka, else you will not get any help or burnt money and time. They are charging higher than other booking website!! I Final fee are higher with extra charges when checked out !! Do not look at the superficial that they are cheap by giving discount or promotion price..They are only doing one time business .

I wanted to book a flight from Traveloka, at the time the site bugged so I booked another identical flight via another travel agent but with the same AirAsia airline.So I asked Agoda and Traveloka for a refund for duplicate booking. Agoda was great, they talked to Airasia who agreed to refund Traveloka's flight (because it was the latest) but Traveloka only lied and said that Airasia refused to refund.I sent them proof by e-mail from Airasia that they had reimbursed me but that Traveloka had to transfer the money to me, they even showed me the money they transferred to Traveloka so that they could reimburse me but NOTHING. TRAVELOKA THE THIEVES, they say that the Airline refuses to reimburse me but they keep the money.Seriously, I've been fighting for 5 months to get my money back but they keep lying. Even Airasia asked me to report them to the malaysian aviation commision, which I've started to do.They're lying, I've got all the proof, just send me a message and I'll send it to you. For unexpected medical reasons, I have tried repeatedly to change flight bookings for my partner and I. The chat lines direct you to the refund instructions, which don't work. Thereafter I tried and tried to give them the specific details to change flights, including the new flight details some 8 months away, but they roundly ignored me. Terrible company, never again.

This company may be not considered as one of Australian's trusted site since a lot says that Traveloka robbed their money, the refund process was complicated and took a long days, prize changes, etc. But for now, personally I have no problems at all after using Traveloka for the third time. The prize still affordable to go travel to neighbor countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, or Thailand. 3 days ago I used Traveloka's ticket flight from Bali to Perth smoothly and safely. I repeat. My money did not get robbed. Please be aware about fake reviews that try to make Traveloka looks bad. Just experience yourself and you'll know that those reviews are fake.
