Extremely Disappointed – Felt Betrayed and ScammedI never thought I’d be writing this, especially about someone I trusted as a friend. I went ahead with this travel agency out of complete faith, assuming transparency and fairness would be a given. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong.We were grossly overcharged for the trip, and only later discovered the shocking difference between what we paid and what things actually cost. There was zero transparency in the pricing, no proper breakdowns, and any questions we asked were met with defensiveness, arrogance, and even personal attacks. This was not only unprofessional but incredibly disheartening.What makes this even worse is that I’ve known them personally, and trusted them blindly. To find out we were scammed this badly is both infuriating and heartbreaking.The overall experience was poor, chaotic, and way below expectations. From the itinerary to the execution, everything felt like a last-minute patchwork job, certainly not worth the premium we were made to pay by Abhishek at travelverse IndiaI will be pursuing all available legal remedies to hold them accountable. Let this be a warning to others: trust, but verify – especially when money is involved.

A well-organized tour of the Egyptian Pyramids with a personal touch
Soon after I inquired about a tour to Egypt, I received an email from Gehad, a tour organizer with Travel Verse. Shortly after that, he called me on WhatsApp to secure more details about the kind of trip I was looking for. I appreciated that personal touch, so I decided to work with him and Travel Verse. Within one day, he put together a tour that fit me perfectly. I had requested several changes, and he was always very accommodating and willing to work with me. He organized the driver, a knowledgeable tour guide, excursions to the Giza Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, the Museum of Civilization, The Citadel in Cairo, a day trip to Alexandria, and much more! He could answer all of our questions We appreciate the fact that breaks were included everyday so it didn't feel too overwhelming Lastly I must command the coordination of all of our activities. Mina Ramsies is a superb Travel organizer. Communication and trip details were on spot and Mina was always available to clarify. The trip to Morrocco was an unbelievable experience. The driver/tour guides were all very courteous and showed us great places. The accommodation (I took the Diamond Package) was simply amazing. Travel Verse crew exceeded my expectation in arranging this tour for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, they are legit.

What an amazing experience - I would give this tour twenty stars if I could!! Mina Ramsies organised our Turkey tour this summer and everything was absolutely perfect - the accomodation, the tour guides, the transfers, transport and meals - no complaints at all! My sister and I honestly felt like we were being treated like royalty every step of the way. The best part was how attentive and accomodating Mina was with all our requests, and how he was always contactable via WhatsApp! Coming from all the way from Australia we were hesitant about booking a tour online but this experience was absolutely hitch-free, and I can’t wait to go on another trip with Travelverse. Our conversations were clear and honest you understood what i needed and made all the changes without any problems even in the last hour changes were made to fit his needs. Trip to Dubai and Egypt
Booked our family trip with Mina Ramsies from Canada to Dubai then Egypt. Mina was so helpful getting all the information I needed before, during and after our trip. He organized the whole trip excellently and we didn’t not have any issues at all. I loved staying in Egypt the most and we were assisted by Nasr Mehr very well from the airport to get visa and transfer to the hotel. He helped us in every possible way he could have. I loved our stay in a 5 star hotel right on the river Nile. He booked private tour for us with English speaking tour guide Kabir Hassan, who is a real genius, nice with very good English skills.We have been having issues with the flight schedule in Canada but Mina supported us throughout the travel.The whole team is really nice and supportive. The money well spent and I will definitely book my next trip with him too.

Once I did an Internet search i contacted Mina Ramsies and he was the person I was speaking the entire duration of our travel. He was very approachable and always accommodating in all what we wanted . very friendly and reliable person and keeps in touch as soon as he gets your message. It was our family trip to Turkey . We had 10 passengers and it was personally tailored for us. We had 5 start accommodation , transport was very comfortable , the food was great , the tour guides were lovely and English speaking . They had picked us and dropped us back at the airport . I would recommend this team to anyone .

To be honest, I did not know what to expect. I had heard of people being scammed by those pretending to be owning travel agencies so I was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing while organising it from South Africa. However, the person I was dealing with, Islam Mohamed Abdullah from Travel Verse, understood and told me to only pay 5% and that I will pay the rest upon my arrival in Cairo. That is what I did and when I landed in Cairo, I was met by Ahmed Bahaa, looking fresh and dapper in a suit despite the fact that it was about 2am. He was very friendly and helped us with everything that we neede. We were then driven to the hotel where I made the rest of the payment. Ahmed also suggested some fun activities and I chose quad biking which my son enjoyed as we had amazing time and took great pictures with the pyramids in the background. My entire trip in Egypt was amazing. There were lots to see and I would like thank everyone who was involved such as Ramy Samy, the tour guide and the driver, Saeid Harakat, who did not mind stopping at a fast food joint in the middle of the night for us to get something to eat as we were starving. Thanks to the most amazing team, keep on doing the good work.

The whole tour was expertly organised. All staff involved in the planning / prior to arrival in Mexico, were very helpful and accommodating. We were aware of any possible alterations to the tour and were assisted in arranging accommodation in a particular hotel we had long hoped to stay in (Gran Ciudad de Mexico) at a reduced price. The accommodation in Cancun (Now Emerald Hotel) was equally marvelous and ideal for a holiday. The tours too were also well arranged, the guides and drivers were always friendly and knowledgeable and there was plenty to see on such excursions to Teotihuacan, Tulum, Chichen Itza and the day cruise (party boat) on the Caribbean.

An awesome trip to turkey
Mina Ramsey from Travel verse planned a holiday for us. It was a short holiday but it was planned very well which suits us nicely. Mina was in contact with us from the day the planning of the trip started until we finished the tour and came back. Latifha who was our guide in Istanbul was wonderful. She is knowledgable, calm and caring. She took us where ever she needs to take us and made sure all our needs has been taken care. Erkan our guide in Cappadocia was more than a tour guide. He was like a friend to us. He answered all our questions and made sure all our needs was taken care off. He was joking and made all of us comfortable through out the trip. The only hiccup I had was the hotel which was booked in Istanbul was far from town. The hotel is very nice but since it was out of town we had difficulty to came back late in the evenings. We suggest customers could be given a choice of hotels according to their need. ThanksHanna
