So happy!
Honestly I was very skeptical until my agent contacted me. Immediately put me at ease, offered everything they offer and put me under NO pressure to take certain services. No hard sales pitch, just answered my questions and educated me on what they offer. My Agent is Diany. I ended up taking advantage of everything they offer because she took the stress of starting a company off my plate. Had they been pushy to sell instead of work for my needs I would have ended it fast. I started my business Nov. 06 and she was with me every step of the way. Top Notch 100% I will be factoring with them because of their impeccable service!

TBS IS the best!
While I am not new to the trucking industry, as I have managed a company with trucks to haul our own material for over 20 years, I am new to owning trucks for hire. In the beginning, cash flow was more important to me than profitability. TBS has created a painless and practically seamless way of getting cash quickly for my loads.In addition, they offer a ton of other services, to make sure that I am dotting every I and crossing every T with the various regulatory agencies, both state and federal. And if that wasn't good enough, the people I have communicated with are absolutely the nicest that I have ever had the experience working with. When I filed for my DOT and MC, I received over 100 phone calls, texts and emails from companies wanting to factor for me, or provide other services. I really did spend a lot of time trying to narrow down which one I thought would be best. I made the perfect choice when I picked TBS. There is no way that any company could do it better!

Very professional and helpful
I have been extremely happy with the service that was provided to me by TBS. All paperwork I need was provided quickly and efficiently. Also Tawny was awesome. She helped me through every step in getting my DOT and everything. She was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone trying to do the same thing.

In an era where Customer Service has become optional, I am pleased to say that in dealing with TBS, it is easily their standard. I couldn't possibly be more pleased. Quianna Lamey displayed a very uncommon patience and a keen ability to explain things in a way where it is extremely clear. For that, I am most grateful. She never left me feeling unsure.

I have been using TBS to handle …
I have been using TBS to handle legalization paperwork, and factoring. The legalization dept does a good job getting things filed, but sometimes they are a bit slow getting my copies to me.The factoring side is great, quick, smoothe opperation, and having one person for me to contact with stuff is awesome. No passing the buck.I would recommend TBS to others without hesitation.
