⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! Excellent Customer ServiceI highly recommend AutoBrush! I have had nothing but an excellent experience with their customer service. Recently, an issue occurred with my son's brush, and I was so impressed by their quick response to my emails. The process to file for a replacement was incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. I had absolutely no problems whatsoever, and they sent us a brand-new replacement very quickly. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that stands by their warranty! Thank you!

Mixed Bag: Great Product, but Unsatisfactory Ordering and Shipping
It’s been a mixed bag with auto brush. I like the product, but i keep having issues with orders/shipping. My first order, they didn’t have the brush body i wanted in stock. So i had to change my order to get the body that was in stock. i could have waited for a restock if the one i wanted but i had no idea how long that would be. When i received my order, the charging cable was missing. They have a proprietary cable, so i could not charge it with any spare cables i have. They sent a replacement, but i felt like i had to prove i searched everywhere for the cable that was never originally there. My last order, i placed it and got no updates for a week. I reached out and it turned out some of what i ordered wasn’t in stock. I requested a split shipment, to receive the things that were in stock. It’s been nearly two weeks since then and the partial has yet to arrive, and the test still has not shipped (I was told it would be a week for the out-of-stock items). Additionally, the website is not very user friendly. Items are defaulted to bulk orders with subscription shipments, which i never want to do. It’s not terribly clear how to confirm you’re just ordering one thing one time. With the foaming toothpaste especially, i usually want to buy one tube of a certain flavor, and it’s not easy to order just one tubs. I have to go back through old orders and try to reorder that way because the toothpaste item page seems to want to give me two or more every time. And were I to want multiple toothpastes, or a subscription for toothpaste, it doesn’t allow you to pick multiple flavors. I do like the actual auto brush and toothpaste products, but ordering has been a frustrating experience. Suggestions include:- if an item is out of stock, gray out the page and list “out of stock” on the item, so people aren’t ordering things they can’t get. - have a toggle for whether split shipments are acceptable when ordering.- use a universal charging cable (like USB-c) for the ease of the customer.- default to single-item, one-time ordering on product pages. You can offer the subscription version as an option, but don’t default to that.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. The marketing promises sound impressive, but the actual product and service did not live up to the hype at all. The website feels overly sales-driven, with exaggerated claims that don’t seem clearly supported once you dig deeper.Ordering was easy, but customer support was slow and unhelpful when I had questions. It was difficult to get clear answers, and responses felt generic rather than genuinely helpful. The pricing also seems high for what you get, especially considering the quality and overall experience.Overall, the site focuses more on aggressive marketing than transparency or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this website and would suggest looking at more established and trustworthy alternatives instead.

They kept spamming me by text
They keep spamming me by text. I have tried to get them to stop by replying STOP to the texts and also via the website. Really annoying. Edit. I have seen the reply below. I did reply STOP initially and they seemed to use a different texting number to spam me again. They seem to have stopped now but why wasn't my number completely removed the first time? I have never even bought from this company, I added products to my basket then had second thoughts based on some of the product reviews I saw. Hopefully they will leave me in peace now.

Big hit in our house
I have a toddler and it was always a struggle when it came to brushing his teeth. We got an auto brush and now he LOVES to brush his teeth. When we first got it, the brush head was too big for his mouth so they sent us a smaller replacement and it’s perfect! Their customer service is super responsive and everything shipped quickly!! If I didn’t just get a new electric toothbrush for myself I would definitely get myself one of these.

They had an affiliate program on Goaffpro. Years ago I earned a commission for a sale but it has not been payed yet. This month I found out they had closed their affiliate program without sending any email. I asked about my commission on 1st December and yet 16 December not a solution to the case but repeating one answer or thing from a different person. They do not respect their affiliates obviously and obviously avoid to pay a simple commission of $16. During the order process, I had mistakenly selected an adult Auto-Brush for my daughter below 10I have some medical issues, and struggle to be timely, I believe they went out-side their window to accommodate an issue outside their window of responsibility. From the moment I made the request, the follow-up in record time, to making the very last day of the extending allotted period I was treated with dignity, kindness compassion and empathy. They tailored the exact return, and replacement. They were patient and took overwhelming care to see my daughter get the exact one I thought best. They were specific to the replacement toothpaste.I have no doubt they will treat all customers fairly. So I haven’t used the product yet but when I placed my order I accidentally selected the wrong bundle. Once it arrived I reached out to see about being able to swap it with the correct package. I used their text line and I’m blown away with how fast they are about replying and getting things resolved! I got everything sent back and then got the notification about the reshipment of the new bundle but was only the brush. I reached out again and yet again they were super apologetic and immediately got it resolved and the correct items are in route. The customer service I received alone has been incredible. I think other companies need to take a note with how to get things resolved so quickly and friendly! Thank you Jaypee for your help and setting the bar really high in the customer service realm!

Easy for arthritic hands
Being disabled I am often unable to do a full 2 minute brush twice a day. It just isn't plausible. This allows me able to handle the brush in arthritic hands. It brushes spots i can't usually get to. Im intrested to see what my dentist says at my next appointment.
