Outstanding Support from Cam and the BookMate Team
I am very happy with the service I received from BookMate. Working with my account executive, Cam Lacham, has been an excellent experience. He is very friendly, responsive, and always focused on the key topics, which makes the entire process extremely efficient.The communication is clear and quick. They send the required documents promptly, and the process is very simple—I just review, send back the information, and everything moves forward smoothly. The entire tax preparation process has been very easy and stress-free.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism provided. I definitely plan to continue working with BookMate for my tax returns for many years to come.

Their team was responsive, clear, and highly professional throughout the process, and they handled NEUVOLUTION, Inc.’s federal filings efficiently from intake to IRS acceptance. Straight and easy
Really straightforward process, for the last 3 years I've used Bookmate for my small company's tax returns. Super easy to schedule a call and do the intake process, they'll have someone ready & available almost immediately. Communication with the team has also been a breeze, I am happy with the degree of responsiveness. As for the actual work output, no complaints and no issues since.
