Very disappointed
Very disappointed. It took me 10 days just to reach someone at the company to schedule an estimate! By then, I had already received estimates from three other companies. Even so, I decided to wait for Tura’s appointment, which was scheduled two weeks later, because of the company’s positive reviews.Unfortunately, this decision gave us nothing but a disruption to our remodeling timeline. On the day of the scheduled appointment—no one showed up. No call, no message, nothing. I left a voicemail after the missed appointment, but no one has followed up or even offered an apology. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. So, all this additional wait time was just wasted – now we are unlikely to finish everything before the start of the school year, as we had originally planned. Based on the lack of communication and reliability, I can’t recommend this company.

Easily vetted and good subs when used(minimally), and they do a majority of the work themselves with in-house, awesome craftsmen. Seamless management of the project and lots of great communication throughout our project.
