More then exceeds expectations!!!!
Working with Dojo has been more than amazing. Their customer service, compassion and ability to connect, understand, and help find solutions transcended any expectations I had. Shane is amazing and helpful and understanding. The tutors are also amazing and connect incredibly well and make learning fun in a way that grasps and maintains kids attention and participation during the entire class. My son specifically never sits still, is ALWAYS talking, has a habit to over talk and interrupt, and his tutors have been incredibly patient and positive with him. they adjusted and naturally produced ways to make him focus, learn, and have fun all together. He loves dojo tutoring, he's ecstatic every day it's tutor day. He's so eager to learn and can't wait for the class that he sets up and patiently sits and waits 15 and even up to 45 min to login and start his class. I strongly recommend dojo tutoring. I'm astonished at the fast progress my son has made, the customer service, and the entire experience my son and I have encountered with them.

The tutor we had was great. Contacting customer service and trying to straighten out issues with class scheduling or postponing for vacations etc very annoying and I got to pay for an hour-long class that we never had... I started trying to reschedule over a week prior to the vacation email after email I didn't feel comfortable. You don't talk to somebody on the phone and text messages just don't always explain it the same. And if they take your money and you reschedule the class they just credit that for another one down the road and then the real mess begins it's just a billing nightmare for the customer

I have nothing but great things to say about the tutoring portion of the program. Mrs. Wilbur is amazing and my daughter loves working with her. If she is not available, we cancel the class. Mrs. Wilbur allows me to notify her of any new skills that my daughter is learning in class, and she adjusts her tutoring session to include those skills. Mrs. Wilbur is very professional and encouraging to Samiyah during the sessions. I don't have to be sitting right beside her during the session.

Honestly, if I was able to shout my happiness from the rooftops, I would! My 4th grader was struggling with Math in a new school. I received an email from Dojo Tutor about trying out a class for $5. I thought, why not? We were paired with Emily Salgado as our tutor and she was patient, knowledgeable about 4th grade math and made it fun. She was perfect! We signed up right away! Emily had convenient times in her schedule and we have been seeing her twice a week now for a few months. My son doesn’t complain about going to tutoring, which is huge for a 10 year old! He got a 96% on his last math test! We are so proud of him and so grateful to Emily and Dojo Tutor. I was also contacted by Shane from Dojo Tutor to make sure our experience was going well. I never expected to find such kind and genuinely caring people through an online platform. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service!

Thanks for reaching out. He's doing great. We don't speak Spanish at home but because of the diverse population we live in I wanted him to be able to communicate with others using that language. George has been really great with Damiko and trust me it's hard to get him to focus and not be distracted. So I really appreciate his tactics and support for him. They are moving on to sentences so let's see how this go. Also, to add his school doesn't teach this language either so whatever George is teaching or the little I try help him with that's all he's getting now.

Kimyatta is the best Tutor!
Kimyatta is amazing and a great start to opening up to the virtual tutor world! She helped us out so much and left a great impact on our family. My son’s improvement has been amazing. She was so helpful and felt like family 2 days out the week in our home through the computer. His vocabulary and fluency in reading has definitely been noticed by teachers which is incredible. This virtual tutor is so convenient and very reliable especially as a working parents with tight schedules.

Very disappointed with the service I feel like I got pushed to write my first review the sessions are only 25 minutes long I take time off work to make sure I'm with my son for this session and it's 10 minutes past and the hose doesn't show up. The teacher couldn't make it so they got a substitute teacher and then the substitute teacher does not show up either honestly a real waste of time and if you try calling the phone number no one answers I would definitely not recommend very dissatisfied

Class Dojo Reading Tutor…
My daughter has been seeing Mrs. Ariene for tutoring in reading for around a year. We have had a couple substitutes but overall my daughter just really prefers Mrs. Ariene. She has been so extremely helpful to not just my daughter but to us as a family as we have and are learning to navigate my daughter's dyslexia. She has brought confidence back to my little reader and has been the biggest help to me as a parent as we got little to no guidance from my daughter’s previous school and even worse, little to no communication on what they were doing to aid in the process to help her catch up to grade level reading. Mrs. Ariene on the other hand, has been kind, caring, encouraging and everything we should have had from the beginning. The way she speaks to my daughter and their interacts have made her the perfect fit for my kiddo. My daughter has transformed and I honestly think it's because of Mrs Ariene. Lucy's reading journey would have been completely different if we had Mrs Ariene teaching her to read from the start. If it wasn't for Mrs Ariene, I'm not sure we would have gotten help from our pediatrician and later the neuropsychologist that diagnosed my daughter. She's been one of the best tools we've had and all because I took a chance to try out a Class Dojo tutor. I will never stop being thankful we gave it a shot. I truly hope Mrs. Ariene isn't going to be leaving tutoring through Class Dojo any time soon.
