Miha is very organized and thorough. She efficiently zeroes in on what is needed and has great knowledge, resources and recommendations to help my student improve. Very personable and effective, she has established a great rapport with my student.
Tutors.com is a predatory website. They charge 50 dollars default for nothing. This is extremely infuriating nice I wanted to just see what the website has to offer. This is a legit fraud, I demand my money back.
i didn't know about paying for leads so i had 6 leads and no one responded and it was 150 dollars, one eventually did we had a session planned for tommorow and she backed out, im out 150 dollars and have no students to tutor, forget this site ugh
Before signing on to any company's service (such as tutors.com), make sure you have the ability to actually talk to a representative when you have questions. tutors.com will take bank info and your money before you provide any service to a student.
Tutors.com helped me find an outstanding tutor. I needed lots of help the night before it was due and he made sure I had an A paper to submit the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied. Highly Recommended!

PLEASE avoid this service. They were charging my credit card an exorbitant amount of money for "leads" located in different states and in some cases different time zones. Then they made it impossible to cancel my account with them, so my card kept getting charged. They actually admit to doing this on their BBB page: "Regarding the difficulty in removing your credit card details, our platform no longer supports this feature due to misuse by certain accounts." So it's okay for them to "misuse" your credit card because they feel they've been "misused" before. Long story short, you will have to cancel your credit card to get them to stop charging you. Horrible, unethical and perhaps illegal practice. I'm thinking of escalating to my state's AG.
Oh boy, if only I saw these reviews before I paid this company any money. I can see that customers give good reviews but all the tutors give low ratings. I would tell all tutors to STAY AWAY from this company. They have only email to get support and I have sent maybe 100+ messages to people listing tutoring needs over 2+ years or to direct leads and never, never got a single hour of tutoring. A big waste of time, go elsewhere!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was on this site for 2 years, zero leads turned into jobs. I LOST money on this site and as a teacher working 3 jobs I can’t afford that!!!!! NOT BB ACCREDITED.
My experience went well. This was free and the tutor got in touch with me right away and we have established sessions for my 9 year old child and it is at a reasonable rate. Thank you

Rawan has been so easy to work with and engaging! My daughter is behind in 7th grade math and has a lot of missing assignments and a big math test. In 3 sessions she helped her catch up and have confidence going into the exam. My daughter requested to continue working with Rawan… that is the biggest compliment!!
Alan did an outstanding job helping my daughter with her reading comprehension. She has ADHD and he kept her focused despite her inability to pay attention. I'd highly recommend him and tutors com.
Tutors.com was rapidly responsive to my requests. I was able to find excellent tutors for both kids within 2 days. Their grades were improving immediately and their confidence has as well. Highly recommend!
I signed up for this service a couple of years ago. Never got a lead, but they're always trying ways to charge me for leads. Today was the worst, they sent me something saying I needed to accept a transaction to be "paid $32.95" but they instead charged me $32.95!! Completely misleading and fraudulent. The 'request a refund' link took me nowhere that I could request a refund. I don't even know why I would've entered a credit card # in the first place. So embarassed I got scammed. Anyways I am disputing the charge but I would recommend never bothering with this service at all. The intention here is to mislead, not worth the trouble.

I would want to give this company a zero. They charge way too much for a lead and will not allow you to remove your credit card information from the account. They send you direct leads that you cannot use and ignore the information that you put into your profile as to what you are willing to teach and then charge you for the direct lead. They do not refund even though they advertise that they do.
Used to be a lot better, but this site is now predatory in their business model.They shifted from a system where tutors needed to pay credits to contact students. That worked just fine. However they shifted to a new model where it auto-debits your card just because a student contacted you. Even if you're not accepting new students.You can try to hide your profile, but they have a max time limit! So you can randomly get reactivated and your card can be dinged even when you aren't tutoring!Just imagine a site forcing you to advertise when you aren't tutoring at the moment and then charging you for it!This is bullcrap and they should feel ashamed for this garbage system.
WARNING: Tutors.com does not sufficiently screen its leads and when fraud is detected, Tutors.com takes no action. A week after the event, I'm still getting emails from the fraudulent lead asking for my deposit receipt. I was paid with a bad check by this Tutors.com lead, which resulted in my bank assessing me a fee. Then, Tutors.com refused to refund the money it charged me for the fraudulent lead. Instead it issued me an in-house credit, as if I'm going to subject myself to more fraud in the future. So now, I'm out over $50.Stay away at all cost.
