We purchased our TVLift Cabinet about 4 years ago and love it everyday! It's a beautiful piece of furniture and allows us to enjoy our TV from every corner of our den. Recently, our housekeeper broke the remote sensor on the cabinet. We called TVLiftCabinet and they immediately sent us a replacement! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the product could not be better. Thank you.
The TV Lift cabinet is extremely well made, with a beautiful finish, and being able to conceal our tv in a small, multi-purpose room fits our needs. We love it! In addition, we were very impressed with customer service. Emma and Emily (?) were wonderfully helpful. I had many questions and all were answered satisfactorily. The reps were knowledgeable, patient and kind. It was clear to us that the reps were proud of this product. Kudos to the cabinet makers and the customer representatives.
I ordered my TV Lift fireplace on the phone. It was great to not be on hold. Emma who helped me with my order was easy to understand on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Answering my questions to my satisfaction. Ordering was an enjoyable experience.
I had a problem with my Tv Lift cabinet after a power outage surge.They identified the part that I needed to fix my problem, which I purchasedOn installing this part I managed to create a problem, that they where able to help me through even though Rob was leaving the officeUnfortunately I had damaged something due to my error, which required me to replace the whole lift.Called the free phone number and confirmed part number and placed my order.I was then able to confirm the dispatch dateWhat more can one ask for from a company.They are the only company that I would ever buy a TV Lift Cabinet

5 STAR Customer Service. Somehow, some way, I servered my TV Lift power cord while moving my cabinet around in my backyard. I called customer service and talked to Rob about splicing my power cord back together. But Rob was more concerned about my safety, and coordinated with Emma to send me a new power cord at no-change. Who does that???
I should have sent the cabinet back, however I decided to keep it. The first thing was I could not get a Vizio 43” to work with the electronics. None of the settings would work with any regularity. I have a 43” Samsung so I tried that and it was compatible with the cabinet open and close and on/off switch. Before I purchased the the cabinet I was told that a sound bar could be installed as long as it was no high enough to make the TV sit higher on the elevation mechanism so the cover would not close. Where I had a problem was the width of the sound bar. There was only one that would fit, it was 2” deep. The cover is cut dead center of the top of the cabinet. On the front section of the top ther was a lip that extended approx 3/4” beyond the front top piece. This prevented all sound bars from working. I had to remove it. Lastly the vainer on the plywood cabinet top corner came loose and a small piece broke off. Carefully put back with some super glue I looks ok. The Manager of the Florida office, or the owner was not too helpful. He refused to accept that the top “Lip” had to be removed, even with pictures. He claimed that there was no vainer on the cabinet. The lower right caster was defective but they sent me a replacement. I have not replaced it as yet in that I hav’t yet hired a contractor to help me change it. It is wedged in to place and I am afraid I do not have the skill to remove the broken caster. Now that I read this over I was a fool not to send it back. I am using the cabinet and it is working well, but every time I move it I think of the experience I had. Be careful and ask questions.
The delivery company somehow inverted a couple of digits in my phone number so I began to wonder where my new toy was... why the lift cabinet hadn't arrived. After two very pleasant conversations with different reps at TVLift C, they got on it and figured out the problem within 24 hrs. The next thing I know, the boss calls and she is arranging a special delivery for me, and has waived the tech charge per the installation. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! And, interestingly, my favorite part of the whole process was how many laughs we had along the way --- me and all three of these exemplary people who run this company. I definitely would recommend them 100%.
Very satisfied with the product and the customer support even more so. I called daily about my delivery and they personally checked the status each time.
I purchased the lift cabinet six years ago. Yesterday the lift mechanism stopped working. I spoke to customer service. This person was technically incompetent relative to the issue I was having. They asked me to send an e-mail to "Rob" who turns out to be the owner. I did. I received no response. I again spoke to customer service and asked to speak with Rob. He would not take my call. The issue is that the cabinet was built without any access panel to the the lift mechanism. To repair this I must cut the bottom / floor out of the cabinet. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Customer service is apathetic and design / construction is poor.
I absolutely love my TV Lift Cabinet. I got the Princeton for a 75-inch television. It is beautiful and very well made. My son-in-law ended up installing the television, and it was fairly easy. Highly recommend this company.
I am reading reviews today since I am soon to be a customer. This company has been very responsive and communicative. I have received no less than four communications acknowledging my order and providing shipping information and an ETA. We shall see how it goes but so far, so good. I will follow up after installation. I like the reviews I have read so far. Sounds like you need to have a good understanding of the return policy, but I do not understand why the Trust Score is poor? Why?
Cabinet quality and customer service are good, but 'easy returns' is far from the way I'd describe that process. We tried to return and exchange the original cabinet we ordered because it doesn't fit with the room, but it turns out you have to totally coordinate the process yourself (researching companies to package/palletize, dock-to-dock ship, etc.)- and it costs anywhere from $1000-$1500. The company I found who offered to do everything themselves quoted me just over $1400 (before taxes), and the only hope of bringing total cost closer to $1000 is to call and coordinate multiple vendors. It was a substantial headache. Unless you're absolutely positive the piece fits & coordinates, be prepared for major effort & costs to return or exchange.
Why is it so hard to find someone to service my TV Lift? All I got from the company was a Do-It-Yourself repair sheet, that was useless! It was great until it broke, now I can’t get help fixing it.
Excellent product! And far cheaper than competitive products. Easy to install, quiet and low/narrow profile which fits my application perfectly!
We purchased the black Adagio cabinet in June 2018. Due to its popularity it was on back order and took 2.5 months to be delivered Although it was longer than we expected it was well worth the wait. It fits our living room decor and works perfectly. We had looked st other lift cabinets and the Agagio was the only one we wanted. Very happy with our purchase!

Exceptional product and service! We just love the way our TV is hidden at the edge of our bed and pops up with just a push of a button. Looks better than we imagined and it is excellent quality for the price. I highly recommend purchasing a TV lift cabinet from this company. It's a great way to hide and watch tv!
My cabinet came and it is beautiful. It was delivered and unpacked and set in place by friendly efficient delivery people. Than the installer came as scheduled Snd now it is working just the way I thought it would. I can only highly recommend this cabinet and this company. Thank you
