Rebekah did a good job with the order process. It went fairly smoothly. With only a small amount of haggling, she was able to adjust the high price on the Legends Graceland 85. I have no idea how the rest of the process will go, nor do I know if I will be able to adjust my review. I agreed to purchase this piece without knowing if it was in stock or not. It will take a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery. If it is out of stock, I am sure it will take much longer but that was my choice.

Don't waste your time!I was told by the sales agent that she could see my couch in stock and that it would ship in a few weeks. Because of this very clear confirmation that I would be getting a couch and by a certain date I agreed to pay more for a couch from this site instead of another. The sales agent was very eager to call me and make a sale, but after that communication went downhill. I was sent a link that told me I could track my couch at all times but it never changed status. I started getting emails saying my couch was slightly delayed. Still no status changes on the site. When I asked questions about the cause of delay, why I couldn't track my couch, etc they were slow to respond. Finally I learned that my couch isn't expected for another three months but they only told me that when I called! The sales agent was incredibly rude to me at this point. After lying to me about the status of the couch and leading me on for a month telling me my delivery was only delayed by a week or few days here and there she then suggests I order a different couch that is in stock. Meanwhile the whole time the couch I wanted is still labeled as 'in stock' on their website. There was one couch I was considering. She offered me a 'discount' that was actually higher than the listed price at the time online. I of course called her out on this. She proceeded to call me on Christmas Eve to try to sell me a couch that I already told her I couldn't afford at that price. Even cancelling my order that would not arrive for 3 months was an ordeal. It took over 2 weeks to get confirmation that it was cancelled. Meanwhile I already received a couch from another store in that time. This site is awful. I don't even know if they have couches or its one big scam. They blamed "Covid" on delays but I don't think you can blame a pandemic on making you a lying scumbag who misleads you on prices and deadlines and ruins Christmas.

This is only a review of the purchase experience, since I have not received my furniture yet. Rebekah made the ordering process very easy, and got me a nice discount too. 2nd time ordering from this site, they did a great job the first time too.
