Horrible service! While you’re in the process of booking with them they’ll give you an impression that there’s a driver in your area to pick up your car for shipment on that same day yet they don’t. They’ll not communicate with you to update you on progress of securing a driver and when you contact them they’ll claim that they have sent you a non-existing email. They will make you pay deposit fee and sign a contract to tie you down while they’re looking for a driver and they’ll not inform you about it before signing. I lost time and money because of waiting for nothing and when I decided to cancel my booking they wanted to charge me $200 cancellation fee. Additionally, they kept my deposit fee of $200. How anyone is allowed to operate by scamming people is unbelievable. They still had the guts to ask me to consider them for future business! I hope someone sees this before losing money unnecessarily. STAY AWAY from these people. Real companies will ask you to pay upon service completion.

STAY AWAY FROM UDS
STAY AWAY FROM UDS. These guys are CRIMINALS, do not ship your car with them. On the day of the pickup, the “final price” went up from $500 to $800. That is allowed and the contract clearly states this could happen (clause 13). The contract does not say that you must accept the price change or that you are responsible for a cancellation fee if you reject the final price. They told me that they agreed the price (on their own), booked the carrier, paid them an upfront fee, and that I was responsible to pay a $200 cancellation fee if I didn’t accept the final price which I was just told about. The guy kept telling me “Look at the contract! Look at the contract!”. The contract says nothing about what this guy was telling me. In what world would they accept the new price without talking to me first? I subsequently asked 4 other logistics companies about final day pricing and ALL of them confirmed that the customer has to agree the price before the carrier is booked. After I refused to accept the cancellation charge, the UDS guy changed tactics and told me that this was a high speed truck which would get my car to the destination in 24 hours (actual time should be 2-3 days) so I should be very happy with the $800 cost. This was an obvious lie b/c the truck can only go 500 miles/day and the trip is 1200 miles. Then, he threatened my credit rating if I didn’t pay the cancellation fee. I didn’t budge. Then, after putting me on hold for 30 seconds, he told me the legal language he was referencing earlier was in clauses 19 and 20 of the contract. The contract I was provided is on one page and only has 18 clauses, so I asked him to read these new clauses to me. He couldn’t and stated he was tired of reading the contract so many times.Net of it, these guys are criminals. STAY AWAY. Don’t call them as their business is collecting cancellation fees, not shipping cars. I wish I could give them a zero star rating.

They told me the driver would pick up my car on a specific date and failed to show up then they apologized and gave me another date a week later so I said okay. Well the day of the pick up nobody calls me to say they dont have a driver and the Seller of the vehicle took time off work 2 for nothing. Then when I asked for a refund on my deposit I was met very rudely and finally was told ill get my refund back in a month. Horrible service. NEVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. RUN AWAY FAST!!!

The WORST Experience
I had the worst experience ever with this company. I was quoted an amount that wasn’t true at all. My vehicle was set to be picked up on December 24th and I was set to leave on December 25th. I text and called several times making sure that my vehicle was set to be picked up and I was assured not only would my vehicle be picked up but the price was set as well. The 24th came and I didn’t hear anything from the company after I was sent a text that my vehicle would be picked up around 10am-12pm. So I called and didn’t get anyone and not through text. Finally around 1pm on the 24th I was advised that they are working on a driver and would be back in contact with me, no follow up was made until the 26th in which in again initiated the call and text (several attempts). Once I received the call I was again advised that they are working on a driver and would get back with me. Another trucking company reached out and advised that my vehicle was sitting on a dispatch board and wanted to know if I needed assistance. I said well I was advised the company I went through is working on a driver. The gentleman stated that’s not true they are lying to me they are trying to find someone still. I began working with the guy who reached out only for UDS to call me back and state they have a driver all of a sudden. I asked for the DOT # and the drivers info and dispatcher so I can confirm because I was about to cancel with them. He stated that they would get my vehicle and then started rambling all this additional information at once and said my vehicle would be almost $600 more than what I was quoted. I said I’m not paying that I have been inconvenienced for 2 days now and now being up charged for it. He said let me call you back and then came back and made like there were all these discounts being offered. Fast forward vehicle still didn’t get picked up until the 27th and at delivery on the 29th I was still charged $600 more than what I was quoted. I called UDS and asked what they would do for the inconvenience and the additional charges, all I was advised was did my vehicle get delivered safely? I said that’s besides the point because the expectation from the beginners for a safe delivery but I wasn’t expecting to be inconvenienced and charged an additional $600 from what was quoted. I was then passed around to several people only to be offered a cup of coffee! This was a slap in my face and beyond disrespectful. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company. Such a nightmare and horrible experience!
