Ultimate Golf Carts filed for…

Ultimate Golf Carts filed for bankruptcy in October (2024). Almost a million dollars in unpaid debt. Left their small business landlord hanging for over $150,000. The carts they have they've transferred ownership to another LLC, of which they have many of them (moving things around from one LLC to another). I think of them as a "Crime Family", first bankrupting their son in 2018, this time putting all their debt in their daughter's name and bankrupting her. What kind of dad does this to his kids? Shame on him.

Ultimate Golf Carts is going out of…

Ultimate Golf Carts is going out of business. A bankruptcy is coming any day. Heavily in debt, having laid off virtually everybody who worked there, kicked out of their Rogers location for non-payment. It's coming, trust me. If you buy a cart from them you need to know they won't be around to service it. They're also operating illegally from their Maple Grove residential property and try to hide it from the city. They previously filed for Chapter 7 in 2018. These are not good people and are awful - awful - business people.

Oops

Their technicians recommended a incorrect product. they expect for me to pay for return shipping and a fifteen percent restocking If I send it back. I'm basically giving them a present because I'm gonna spend more money sending it back to them. when I told them, Steve said "oops". Yeah definitely oops that I came across your website and purchased from you.

Stay far away. Returned my items and they refuse to refund me. Worst customer service and follow up I have ever seen!

Zero customer service

Ordered through their site. Price was lower than competitors. Next day they canceled the order stating typographical error. Typographical errors would be if the wrong price was entered on the site. This product was sold at that price prior. This was an artifact of the company not keeping their prices up to date. The company uses the term loosely in lieu of having a web marketing team. I would have probably glazed over it but there was ZERO negotiation to resolve the problem. They just canceled the order then updated their products price. After two communication attempts I finally got to talk to a person where she stated “if we had to honor all these discrepancies we wouldn’t be in business”. I get it but it shows how diss-jointed they are with their suppliers and their on-line business. Says a lot about the businesses values. I’d stay clear of the company..

I bought Allied Lithium batteries from Ultimate Golf Cart's parts website, UltimateCartParts.com. Great price, good communication, shipped within a few days. I needed to ask some questions before I bought and both Kathy and Bailey got answers for me. I will definitely buy again from them.

Everyone at Ultimate Golf Cart was great to work with. We called to get directions and the lady was super helpful. We went sure why a light was on and a fine gentleman came and explained everything to us very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending Ultimate Golf Cart to all my friends!

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! They choose whatever "restocking fee" they want for returns. I ordered a golf cart part from Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts for my small business Dec 29th, 2022 and needed the part invoiced and shipped in FY22. I received an invoice on Jan 3, 2023 showing the product shipped in 2023. Because the part showed shipping in 2023, I never opened the package and asked to return it. Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts required that I pay to ship the product back and they charged me a restocking fee of 20%. The website states a "restocking fee" but with no specific percentage or amount listed which allows the company to charge whatever they want which is not very customer friendly. Their "restocking fee" strategy is a profit center for them especially since I paid to ship the product back. I never even opened the product and they charged me $41.42 to just place the box back on the shelf. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer service

placed my order over a week ago got the email stating my order was shipped looked up tracking number, tracking stated label was created. Called the company twice first time they stated they would look into it and let me know, and nothing changed, second call Kathy was rude hung up on me refused to connect me to a manager. Buyer beware save the headache buy elsewhere. They seem to be a third party shipper and they most Likely didn't update the website pricing so I ordered a item that would cost them money to fulfill so instead if eating the mistake like a reputable company would they treated me like a criminal claimed I threatened them and canceled my order and issued a refund in a matter of minutes.

Ultimate failure to label their parts correctly

Ultimate Golf Carts is the ultimate example of why you are making a mistake by not ordering parts from Amazon or Ebay, They honor their return policy or plainly state that they won't. This is a poorly run business. I ordered a Lithium battery charger. They do not state that it only charges Lithium p04. My batteries are Lithium, but they are Lithium-ion. No refund.

Order means nothing.

I order a rear seat kit from this company. Waited two months for kit do to out of stock. When I contact them to get update on order they tell me there is a problem and they refund my money while we’re texting. The problem was the manufacture raised pricing and they would not live with the order they had excepted two months earlier. Won’t be dealing with ultimate cart anymore.

BEWARE of Pifer Golf

BEWARE of Pifer Golf! My wife purchased my (used) golf cart for me last August, 2020 as anniversary surprise. I have had nothing but the SAME bad axel oil leaks that have been non stop! When I've contacted Mark and they did come out several times last summer, but it was never repaired.We have a one year warranty and when I talked to Mark today June 2021, all he said was YOU bring it in here we dont have the help to pick it up!? VERY BAD RIP OFF BUSINESS, no honor of their warranty, my wife got ripped

Brought in an older EZGO electric that…

Brought in an older EZGO electric that wouldn't do anything ie, charge, go, shift direction, honk and no lights. Got my cart back in a week and it does everything now. Surprisingly cheap bill. Bad news I found out my batteries are approaching death. Duane Peterson

Expensive and slow

First of all very expensive yes the paint job I had them do did turn out very nice ($675)) I had installed. Carbon fiber dash (that I bought elsewhere), chrome skid plate( I bought elsewhere), a radio that was bought from them kicker led speakers bought from them and to move my horn button to the floor it cost me $2,112 total that is crazy high $861 of it was labor alone. I asked them to check the under glow lights because they where on the cart when I bought it but not hooked up. they said they didn’t work. I got the cart home hooked the wires to the battery they worked like they where brand new they had the cart 2 weeks
