Literally made an account just to post this.On Jan 28, HVAC RPE LLC dispatched a couple of technicians to inspect an intermittent issue with my furnace. They diagnosed a problem with a zone control sensor, leaving it out before departing my residence. I was told that their parent company (Motili Inc) and United HW need to discuss a way forward before they can replace it.On Feb 10, I reached out via United HW's "24/7" claims service email to ask for an update.On Feb 13, I still hadn't heard back, so I sent another email to their claims department.I've now reached out 3 times for a resolution without hearing anything back from UnitedHW. I'm questioning what it is I'm paying for at this point. Please avoid this company. I can't even get a hold of someone to tell me whether the claim is covered or not.

Worst warranty ever
Worst warranty ever. They sent bogus people to fix AC. Then when I paid out of pocket it took them almost 4 months to reimburse me. There plans are horrible find another company

I had an issue with my dishwasher…
I had an issue with my dishwasher recently, and I filed a claim with United Home Warranty. The process was straightforward, and a technician was sent out quickly. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my dishwasher is now working perfectly. I really appreciate the fast service and the fact that everything was handled without any stress on my end. This experience showed me the value of having a home warranty plan with United

Great first time experience
I had a great experience with United Home Warranty, I recently had a claim for my HVAC unit, was dispatched to a local contractor. They contacted me within one hour of filing the claim came out to the property the next day and fixed it, great experience as a new customer

This Company is Not the Good
This Company is Not the Good, they say something and Never follow thru, when calling or emailing united home warranty it be days / or even weeks before you get a return call…Eric,Andy, John NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING, (Absolutely NOTHING) They are Always in meetings but Nothing getting Done, We are still waiting on a Microwave (SMH) from June-September My Advice to You is to Contact Someone Else.

bad faith insurance practices
I am the owner of 3919 S Bonniewood Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119. On July 28, 2025, I filed a plumbing claim with United Home Warranty. Their representative, Mr. Sebastian, authorized the work, and plumber Juan Castañeda completed the job ($700). United Home Warranty has failed to pay him after more than 65 days. To avoid a lien, I was forced to issue Check No. 042 from Lumina Brands Co. on September 5, 2025. The company stopped answering my calls. This conduct constitutes breach of contract and bad faith insurance practices, exposing me to financial and legal risk.

You won’t realize how bad this trash…
You won’t realize how bad this trash company is until you actually have to deal with them. They shouldn’t even be in business. Completely frustrating experience. I had issues with my AC unit, and all they did was give me the runaround. No real help, no follow-up—I ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix the problem myself. Don’t believe their promises. Total garbage company. Avoid at all costs.
