This review course is different and geared towards visual learners like me.
I have been using Universal CPA Review now for a couple weeks. I wish this was around during my undergrad, I would've sat for the CPA exam sooner. The video lessons and the practice tests are fantastic - they explain concepts if you answer the MCQ's wrong which helps you understand the why behind the correct answers and provides you with the correct line of thinking to navigate you to the correct answers. Also, really appreciate the call from Joey when I first registered. They genuinely care about their students success in passing the exam. Great work guys!!

The Interface and Content seems good
The Interface and Content seems good. I am yet to appear for exams so I cannot comment on the difficulty level that they match. However, I did have many doubts and issues, which I am constantly writing to support team, yet have not received a single revert on them. Disappointed on this front !!

Easy to navigate and simple videos. Passed first exam, REG, on first try. Failed first attempt at TCP and waiting for results of second try. Currently studying AUD. I would say you pay for what you get. It’s a less expensive program versus competitors, but technology could be improved while still delivering value.

Concept Retention & Effect on University Studies
Universal CPA has been a huge help so far! I feel like I'm making process with my studies--actually retaining what I'm learning instead of memorizing. All of the concepts are simplified while not losing out on valuable information. As a full-time university student as well, I have been using Universal CPA to study instead of my course material offered by my professors, and it has helped exponentially for me to understand and execute the concepts.

It’s been a rough few months facing the biggest ordeal of my life. At times, I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I believe everything happens for a reason. I persevered and faced my challenges head-on, even when my inner saboteur kept telling me to give up and run away. Today, I celebrate passing the FAR section of the Uniform CPA Exam. Universal CPA is an amazing CPA preparation course.They make topics that are difficult, easy to understand. Along with the course, the boot camps are amazing. They are topic driven intense reviews given by an outstanding instructor. (Dexter). If you are struggling with your current review course or need something to push you over the top, Universal is my recommendation.

So far, I really like the content, videos, questions, and explanations. It’s way better than GLEIM’s confusing book, which overcomplicates everything for no reason. The material here is easy to digest, and you actually understand the logic behind how everything is taught.That said, the interface feels a little clunky, especially after finishing a set of multiple-choice questions. Instead of being able to continue directly, you have to click back to the dashboard, then go into Chapter 1, Module 1 again. It would be much smoother if there were an option to simply “keep going” from the same question set.Finally, an iPhone app would be a great addition, so the multiple-choice questions are always accessible on the go.

Universal CPA helped me get over the hump after many attempts at passing the CPA Exam. Admittedly, I thought at times that its approach was "too simple." However, in hindsight, it really helped me understand broader concepts in a simple way. The short videos explaining topics were instrumental in helping me understand what I needed to understand. There isn't "too much information" in its course.

Gratitude and appreciation to Universal CPA Review. I began my CPA testing journey some years ago, and I’ve been between 3 to 8 points from passing either of the sections. I finally figured out that I’m a visual learner so I actually Googled “visual CPA learning.” To my surprise, I landed on Universal CPA Review. I quickly invested in the materials and recently, I’ve started taking the LIVE classes. The presentations of the materials, and videos are so vividly presented. In addition, the conversations in the LIVE classes are continuous until I have the understanding, so in short, they have really helped me make the connections and see the bigger picture on various topics. All to this, I’m grateful. I believe now, I’ll have a success story to tell.All the Best! 🙂

Passed the CPA Exam! Excellent value!
I used Universal CPA Exam as my primary study program and just passed all 4 sections on my first try each time, only using a supplement for FAR and ISC (probably didn't need it for ISC). The value for this program is incredible! I paid a fraction of the price of what the other programs cost and felt very well prepared for each section. The lectures are concise but hit the target every time! I've seen what other CPA candidates used and it's sooo bloated. When I passed I had other CPAs ask whether I would be burning the textbooks. I had nothing to burn, and none of this program looks like a textbook anyways! The study materials here were always excellent at giving me the foundational understanding of each topic and then we built up from there to nail the topic.My one disclaimer would be to use a supplement for FAR so that you can get more repetition, such as a monthly subscription for 1-2 months on another program. I spent like $70 on another program to get more questions because the FAR exam is so incredibly broad and while Universal CPA Review helped me understand the topics, you need more repetition to get that section down.

I love Universal CPA platform. During the May boot camp, I identified and was able to correct the small mistakes I make when answering questions. Grateful for the replays. I would have like to have the inclass questions to continue working on afterwards, if necessary. Eitherway, it was money well spent. I’m doing the same for audit when the time comes.
