It is saying you can download the free version and you can recover files up to 2GB, but when you are trying to recover will ask to buy the premium, as the trial version is only for scanning. Time wasters!

I did buy the lifetime version but was not able do recover a single video after my system was not able to reboot and I had to therefore reinstall windows.A refund was not possible because I did reinstall Windows on the same drive. (As I would have backup drive just for this case)
I bought the $100 version to have forever because my external hard drive stopped working. From everything I read, I only bought it because I it should have been able to recover my hard drive that would only be detected for about it a minute. I asked them for a refund because they told me their software wouldn’t be able to fix it. They said no. They finally said they could give me half of it back. They still haven’t done that. They are a rip off and I would never recommend them. Out $108 for NOTHING!
I purchased the program from a an offer from the program itself. After being redirected to oficial website I purchased the product and got my card charged, but did not receive any activation on the product. Then I received an e-mail from 2Checkout Support asking me to upload additional information to prove that I was the card owner, I submitted my personal ID, my bank account status chart which includes my mail full name and bank card details, however they said it was not enough nor working. I asked for a full refund which I am still waiting to be effective on my bank account. Very awful experience.
Today I bought your program and it is a fraud. I couldn't open any of my recovered files that had been deleted.
on all pages there is information that is a free tool. (freeware app) after downloading and installing it turns out that only the download was free. The program today costs $ 69 per month. As for me, pretending that this tool is free is just cheating.update: when uninstalling it offered me a 60% discount. the price to pay was $29 with this huge discount!! but in small print it says it's a weekly subscription only!! as you can see another cheat. With the 60% discount I'll have to pay almost $120 per month.
the free trial is useless and the prices are expensive.
I received an activated copy like 7 years later so the lifetime version is the best one to buy.

I purchased and downloaded the recovery tool and now the activation code won't work as I've put the SSD in another motherboard. Support engineer was quick and totally helpful and reset code straightaway.
