Horribly dishonest company
Horribly dishonest company. Ordered amaryllis bulbs for Christmas gifts and arrived 2 days before Christmas barely an inch in diameter when should be 4 to 5 for the overpriced minuscule bulbs sent. Total fraud !!!! Do not believe the website as they are a ripoff for gardeners.

Company sends seed from Wuhan China…
This company is pure fakery from Wuhan China. They sent vegetable seeds instead of the flower seeds I ordered. Do they think people from US are a bunch of stupids? “Oh let’s send them different seeds and just take their money, they won’t know, they’re morons”Stay away from this company, they are FRAUD!!!

Very pleased
When I placed my order I had doubts about the company. However, I received a confirmation email and a notice that the seeds were sent. Within four days the seeds were delivered to my house. I have not planted them as we are very dry but it is September and a perfect time of year. I have high hopes. Thanks so much.

Order never received
I ordered a Multi-Varieties pack of Fuchsia Seeds, 100 pieces/pack from Urban Garden Seeds May 31,2024. On June 26, 2024, the last time I heard from the tracker, the seeds were approximately 60 miles away. We never received another response, and I have not received any seeds to this date. There was an email form on their website that I wrote to, and each time it said there was an error and to try again later. I called their toll free number twice and left detailed messages as to the lack of delivery, as no one answered the phone during their regular business hours. Today I decided to try an online chat with the company. They directed me to pay $1 and fill out a form with email and detailed credit card information, with a note at the bottom of the screen saying there would be a $55 monthly fee. No way! I guess now we just have to contact Paypal and see if our money can be refunded. Also, when these seeds were ordered, I did not know they were coming from China. I would just like to save someone else from having the same bad experience with this company.

Great company
I always receive my seeds very quickly and love that this is a small business. I also loved that there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. No one does that anymore. It really shows the character of this business. Thanks!!

I ordered seeds a month ago and have enquired multiple times with no response. Thought this was an American company but seeds are supposedly coming from Shanghai China.will fight tooth and nail to get a refund as I consider this to be wire fraud. Totally pissed 🤬😡🤬!!!

I've been waiting several weeks for my 1 packet of miniture rose seeds and finally found an email.Contacted them asking for a tracking # and no reply... however the next day I got an email from USPS that said the package needed to be signed for AND its coming from China😡Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company! Zero order confirmation email. Zero reply to my voicemails. Strange seeds eventually showed up with incorrect seeds with paper all in Chinese. Wish I had never found this scam of a company. Don’t buy from them!

100% scam company
100% scam company. They don’t respond to emails, no matter how many you send. They don’t ship your order. They will not refund you money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they will just steal your money!

SCAM SQUATTING ON COMPANY WEBSITE
Crooks.Seeds from China, take months to deliver, old and dead as Julius Caesar.Just a dishonest business, squatting on the name of a real company. Urbangardenseed is a scam.Another month passed, emails not answered and no seeds delivered.

This might be just a scam as far as my experience goes.I ordered $60 worth of seeds,I received them almost two months later.I tried contacting them multiple times without succes.I did not get a single sprout!.My recommendation would be "Do not waste your money with this company The seeds I received came from China.

I attempted to Order some seeds
I attempted to Order some seeds. They claim to be an American company but after a week my order had not been shipped out despite their claim they ship in 1-2 days. Then I receive a shipment tracking from China and when I contacted customer service I get some strange response. I got a refund though my servicer but know you won't be receiving American anything.
