Don’t work here
I was hired on and followed all instructions and showed that I knew what to do. When I was hired I was told I was taking a spot of someone they were going to fire. If you get the job with this company and they tell you they are training you to do monthly cleans, RUN FAST AWAY! I did all the cleaning and busted my ass and the day before they fired this other girl they fired me. I wasn’t told why I was fired as I didn’t make any mistakes. They are 2 faced lying people. They use you to do the dirty work. This was a big waste of my time. I could have gotten a job that kept me. I have kids to support. During my 3 interviews they asked if this was enough hours because I have kids. This place sucks. They should be shut down. I’m only giving 1 star because I have to give them a star. I’m not the first person they did this to and I’m sure I won’t be the last.

We had the worst situation parents can face. We lost our daughter who had a storage unit at the Cabazon storage in NM. Debbie worked with us with such empathy and helped us to get things settled there. It would have been an extreme ordeal had she not been there working with us. Thank you Debbie for all that you do.

Above & beyond staff, secure gorgeous facility
I am very impressed with the person I met with when I signed my contract and picked up my lock and key. He did a number of things that were better than beyond for an employee.1. He called to confirm my online reservation even though I had completed my rental agreement online. He called me on my phone and he went over all the information that was important, to make sure that I was aware of everything that I needed to know. There was a number of things that I was not aware of although all of the information I was not aware of is clearly documented in this company's very thorough and professional website and rental system. I just didn't take the time as I should have to read everything thoroughly. I was very grateful that this employee took the time to go over everything with me on the phone and explain to me that I needed to come in and when I needed to come in how long I needed to be there what I needed to bring with me. 2. The second amazing thing he did was call me 15 minutes before they closed because he knew I was coming in before they closed just to make sure that I hadn't gotten lost in that I was still coming in that day. It turned out I actually was lost and I was very grateful for his directions since I had written the address down wrong.3. The third amazing thing he did was stay late, I got there two minutes before the office closed. However instead of acting rude or short with me as some employees at certain companies will do if they are forced to stay later than planned, he was kind and patient and took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly and then took the time to walk me down to my new unit to make sure I knew where it was located in to make sure that my new lock and key were functioning correctly and make sure that I was able to use the door code and actually get the door open myself in the future.I am not a person who writes reviews, I wrote this one because sometimes when you were just so surprised you just have to do something. It is refreshing to know that there are people out there that really care about their job and the people that are their customers. This person was the best part about my day that day, in addition to that this facility is beautiful absolutely amazing exactly as any storage unit should be built and designed. The temperature is regulated perfectly and it smells wonderful so you don't have to worry about your things smelling yucky from being story there.

Things are pretty good. Staff is great. I have an issue with the primary door to access the location of my unit not working and there aren’t any lights inside the storage units themselves.
