To approve non-existent translations
I was told to approve translations but there were no translated documents uploaded, only the originals. When I tried to contact them for assistance I discovered they listed a wrong number in their email and on their website. Once I got a hold of the correct phone number the customer support was unable to answer my question and merely took my info to “get back to me”. Multiple other points look pfishy to me now and I am worried I fell for a scam.

I'm still waiting for my order
I'm still waiting for my order. I think I got completely scammed because I emailed their support team and they haven't replied either. Ordered on Sept 24th, sent an email to the support team on Sept 28th, nothing. It says it'll take them 12 hours in the website but you cannot check the order's progress or information anywhere in the website. When they send you an order confirmation email it comes through their "email" but has a via mi3-tr104.supercp.com email which is fishy as hell. Definitely a scam, avoid at all cost. They robbed my $65. Terrible company and services
