I ordered over $2000 worth of equipment. Have never received my item, have never gotten a response after a zillion phone calls and emails. Still working on this since April 2023. Scam. I hate them. Screw them! I'd join a class action suit anyday.
I was sent fake JBL earbuds. I have emailed the company requesting a return/refund. Will update rating if request is granted.
I'm in the same category ! I purchased a product from this company an Olympic bar 1 year ago and I’ve never received the product! any legitimate information as to where my order is. I was told my order had been shipped but was only given fake tracking info for a shipping label. Then after exchanging emails they suddenly stopped responding! this company needs to be reported to FBI! they are conns! they take the money and they do not ship the product! i do not recommend this company to anyone!
I too was scammed by this company. Placed my order back in June of 2022. Was charged a “ SHIPPING METHOD:Temporary Shipping Surcharge -Increased Shipping Rates” of $20. I paid $228.91 total. Never received the item and the company quit responding to emails. Last contacted them in March of 2023BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
We purchased 11 recumbents for our gym. Large selection of commercial grade products. Bulk discount pricing so we got a great deal. Definitely recommend.
Large selection. We purchased from the showroom and online store. Showroom is by appointment only but nice. Legend products we ordered are of the highest quality.
Ordering online was easy for us. We are a non profit so it can be frstrating at times to order online. They have an easy to use request a quote feature and they easily allow you to upload your tax exempt status from your account in order to be tax exempt. All this made our purchasing much easier and faster then other websites.
Ordered our Pole and Mirrors from this site. Very satisfied. Nice quality products. The mirrors are super light, very reflective material. Would order again
Ordered 70 lb wrestling dummy FIT-111030817986. Started contacting them three weeks after initial order via email and voicemail. No response. Had to challenge the charge on my credit card.
Good pricing. High quality products. Just have to wait for lead times like the website states.
I purchased gym equipment in April 2020. Due to COVID-19, I fully knew to expect a long delay in getting the equipment. The order was for just over $1000. However by April 2021 it was becoming clear I was not going to receive my order. I started calling and leaving voicemails to get an order status out to get a refund. I had to leave voicemails because no one answers the phone with this company. I also started sending emails to either track down my order or get a refund. The only email response I ever got was a canned, auto response that said my email was received and they would get back with me. Prior to today I never received a response to the voicemails or emails. Today I filed fraud claims with the FTC and with the State Attorney General. I left a message with US Fitness Supply once again and let them know what I had done, and wouldn't you know it, I finally got a call back today. I requested a refund and was given a partial refund. They withheld the PayPal fees from my refund. When I questioned why, I was told “too bad” and “that was all they got from Paypal, so that's all they're giving me”. When I said this was unacceptable and wanted a refund for the full amount I paid almost two years ago, I was told I could "go f myself". I was also told that they don't care about my business and that they have “refunded over $500,000 so far” so they are too big to care about me. Great customer service is not on the menu with this company. Also good luck reaching them if something is wrong with an order you place online. Complete scam artists.
I actually did speak to a person once. However, order was 2 months late. I was finally able to get the order cancelled. I realize products from overseas are badly delayed. Make sure you understand your product lead times.
Scammers, they take your money and dont deliver.
This is a scam company. I ordered a lot from them in March 2020 and I am still trying to get my money back from them. for the last 4 months after multiple tickets submitted, no returned emails, cannot get through on the phone either. I assume they've packed up and left town.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I like many others ordered up exercise equipment from this company at the beginning of COVID (my order was May 2020). They mentioned there would be a delay approx. 90 days, which is understandable given the demand. I followed up countless times after the 90 day mark and kept getting pushed off with the same generic responses. After approx. seven months I decided to cancel my order which they acknowledge. I followed up with them a month later and they told me my refund process still was never started (even after they said they initiated it). They mentioned they would get this going ASAP. I have now followed up countless times via email, their website, phone calls and cant get any response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. My experience with this company and their customer service is awful. Good luck if you go down this road. I still haven't been able to get this issue resolved.
Terrible customer service! Do not buy from this company! After waiting 2 months for a Legend squat stool, I received the wrong color. While I fully understand the wait times for gym equipment these days, what bothers me is that before receiving the wrong color product I emailed this company 2 times with no response. They reply with some random email saying a ticket has been created, but no one ever actually responds, and good luck trying to get someone on the phone or return your calls. It wont happen... I reached out to Legend (the manufacturer) and of course they said to contact US Fitness because the purchase was made through them. The guy I spoke with at Legend says to try and reach some guy named Mike. Still haven't heard from Mike or anyone else from this crappy company. Save yourself the headache and don't use this company ever!
I bought some weights from them, on a pretty good deal! They notated both on their website, as well as on the receipt, that during this time, specific weights would be delayed 90 days. No problem. After about 60 days, I wrote them, asking if they had an sort of update or ETA. I had gotten no response. No problem, they did say 90 days. At about the 90 day mark, I wrote again for an ETA, and again, no response. The week after that, I tried once more, and no response. Every other week, if not weekly, I tried calling, e-mailing them from my own e-mail, or utilizing their contact form on their website, and I never had gotten any response. I ordered on 10/12/20 and by 03/08/21, I had never gotten one iota of communication. Nothing for nearly 150 days. No responses, no updates. I honestly thought they just took the money and were either declaring or had already declared bankruptcy, or were scammers. The only response I had gotten was on March 8th when I said that I demanded a refund, due to no communication. I got a refund that same day. So there's their one star, for the one time they actually communicated. Anyone is better off going through another suppliers, at least they've got a better chance of communicating.
This company never shipped the Kettlebell I ordered from them and refused to refund my purchase. PayPal refunded me and their Customer service harassed me and cursed me out over it. Unbelievably unprofessional
I bought last year in October 2020. I been emailing them and they kept saying covid - 19 relay. I call bs. Months go by and it now feb 2021 still haven’t received. So I emailed them again and no reply. So I called my bank to have them cancel the whole transaction. Seriously scam. It shouldn’t take the bank for them to finally reply.
Order FIT-111030443787. Ordered in July 2020 a barbell, still haven't received it or an answer to my emails. This is a scam company and should be reported for prosecution. Taking americans money when we need it most and agnoring us afterwards is a crime.
