I am n search of just one replacement solar panel in the middle of no where, Montana Though US Solar Supplier couldn't help me with such a small order the sale manager Andrew Kurtz did all he could to direct me, including giving me the name of a solar company in the nearest city to me, Billings, MT All of the other companies I contacted didn't even bother to answer
everything with us solar is positive ... the shipping company shows up with the panels on two pallets ... the package is clearly marked use long forks ... the driver uses his pallet jack on one end and i am not sure yet if they are broken because the driver was unable to unload

I had been communicating with Seth over at US Solar Supplier, and he was extremely knowledgeable on the different brands and types of solar panels, and steered me in the right direction as to which would be the best fit for my application. Seth had even researched my current system, and knew exactly which panels would work, plus yeild maxium performance, and longevity. Seth was extremely professional, and wasnt pushing me to purchase an over priced item just for the sake of the sell. The item purchased took way too long to ship and arrive. The communication about the process was bad. When I reached out to find out where my product was, the information given was extremely vague and not useful. Not a good experience.

Find another vendor. Misleading, unresponsive, terrible service.I ordered an item which was shown as in stock. Didn't notice 7 to 10 business days to ship. Contacted support by chat and email to request ship date. No response.Contacted by phone this morning which is 10 business days from order date. Person was rude and could not confirm a ship date.The person refused to cancel my order even though they had not shipped and couldn't say when they would ship. Read all the fine print and expect your experience to be worse than that.
Ordered a pallet of Vsun panels along with some racking. Communication was excellent, everything arrived as promised, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Carrier called to setup appointment. Would buy again.
Where do I start, The panels I ordered online said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I call a month later because they didnt show up. The person I talked to said they had to look into it and blamed it on shipping. I waited and didnt hear anything back for 2 weeks, so I called again. That person said the same thing as the last one. Again waited for a week this time, finally got ahold of someone who really looked into it and found out the panels no longer existed at there ware house and no one bothered to take them off the web site. The gentleman apologized and upgraded me for Free. That was great but it took another month before the panels actually got delivered. I am happy with the product though.

My main concern is the shipping dropped a pallet of panels. I could not see any damage, but there is no way to tell if there was internal damage breaking a solder joint or something.
We placed an order for some small parts. Two weeks and no movement nor update which was inconvenient. We had to contact them to check in on status then get it moving. Once we did it was indeed shipped out 2 days later.
Advertisement. You show a picture of one thing and deliver another. Right now I am still waiting on a RMA number to return.
You were late in shipping the product, and continued to ship the product even after being told to cancel the order. The package has finally arrived, after you were told to cancel the order, and is ready to be returned. Please issue an RMA and refund the purchase price.
