I moved to US Trademark Legal after being let down by a less expensive service that abandoned me in the middle, and I regret not discovering them sooner. The level of expertise and meticulousness was impeccable. Now that my trademark has been submitted, I can rest easy.

Deeply shady & upselling. Beware!
Summary at first:- Aggressively upsell after you’re already invested- Block you when you ask for help, they advertised- Only respond when threatened with reputation damage- Very likely linked to suspicious billing activity and abuseNote, I have proof, but I can't add links here because of Trustpilot's rules.Full review:Initially, the trademark application filing itself went smoothly. But when I received an Office Action from the USPTO, everything changed:They offered three contact methods (site widget, phone, email). If you ask about a new application, they respond promptly. The moment you mention an Office Action, they stop replying: the site widget is instantly closed on you (triggering a Zendesk ban), emails are ignored, and on the phone they even claim to be a completely different company. After I left a bad review, they finally contacted me, but only to get the review removed. They still wanted $599 to respond to the Office Action, although the original filing was only $350 and their site originally claimed they handle Office Actions. They also advertise a "100% satisfaction guarantee," which absolutely didn’t apply. For months, I had asked them to change the USPTO correspondence email from theirs to mine. They ignored me until I posted the review. Now, they finally did change it so I at least regained control over my filing.Separately, around the time I had entered my card details on their site, I noticed a suspicious card charge attempt from Canada. It was never explained, but it lines up. The last phone call, where they pretended to be a "logo company" (Indian voice), matched the same voice that called me later about the review, and the charge was from the same country where their attorney must be based (as required by the USPTO).Now that I’ve recovered control of my filing, I’m disconnecting entirely. My advice: stay away.

This is a scam website
This is a scam website. Please be cautious. They will act as if they are real attorneys. Once you make the payment, suddenly they will stop responding or taking calls. It happened with me and today I had to file for a transaction dispute with the credit card company. Don't know if I will get the funds back.
