My shipment was last minute and Thomas Brown was very prompt in his quote and locating a driver to deliver the vehicle back to my home in Missouri. Pricing was negotiated and Thomas understood and shared my financial constraints with the driver to arrive at a fair price for all parties. This was all done with the urgency needed to get this vehicle picked up and delivered VERY quickly.
My experience with Jonathan Adam's of Uwon Carriers was very good. He communicated with me and kept me informed. Jonathon found a great driver who put my car on the top rack. Jonathan provided me with the drivers insurance. My car was delivered on time. I was very satisfied with Uwon Carriers

Alex was professional, clear, and easy to work with from dispatch to delivery. Even with challenging weather on the route, everything was handled properly and on time. I worked with Uwon Carriers to transport 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT from Pennsylvania to Florida, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. UPDATE ON EXPERIENCE: After several communications with Robert, I was issued a partial refund of $400 for the additional amount of $700 I was charged. While this still isn't a total refund it does represent an attempt to take care of the unfortunate situation. After an initial consultation with a representative of the company and a quote of $1000 to transport our Winnebago Chieftan from Ma to Mo, the quote was increased to $3000 with an additional $700 added a few days later. After many text messages and assurances that the job could be completed, I was notified it could not be done due to their miscommunication. A contract had been signed but no mention of a set cancellation fee was provided. I was refunded the initial $3000 plus fee for using a credit card, but the additional $700 plus fee was kept as a cancellation fee and costs for the driver who did nothing after several delays. This was a huge cluster**** and I was left at a loss of money for no job being completed. VERY UNHAPPY!! Buyer beware of this one!!
