I Would Not Recommend Vehicles for Change
I found Vehicles for Change through Mazda USA. I was in the market for a new car to replace my current car and reached out to Vehicles for Change so that I could get the Mazda bonus cash offer on a new car purchase. Vehicles for Change was very easy to contact and in a short period of time I was able to submit my information. They came by a week later to pick up my car but did not provide a receipt as written on their website. The tow truck driver just drove my car onto his truck and said to take a picture as a form of a receipt. That's ridiculous and I would have said no had the car not already been on the truck. As of now, I still have not gotten a receipt for my donation to Vehicles for Change. I am asking for the receipt of pick-up and not the tax deductible receipt. I just need the receipt to take to Mazda. I reached out to Vehicles for Change support and they never responded to my request. I also reached out to the CEO, Martin Schwartz and never heard back either. They are a bad organization and I would not recommend working with them if you are donating your car to get the Mazda bonus offer. If you just want to get rid of an old car, I guess they should be fine. I reached out to Mazda USA and they could not help me either. Shame on Mazda for recommending an organization that provides substandard support. Shame on Vehicles for Change. I'm still going to buy my Mazda because I like their car. I may not get the bonus cash offer from Mazda for my donation, but I'm fine with that. I don't have a car to drive any more and I need a car and cannot wait. I cannot recommend Vehicles for Change and I hope their business practices improve in the future. .
