Solid product.
kiosk has been a great amenity to my STR. It’s pretty low maintenance & guests love the convenience. It’s also created a steady income stream along with my bookings. They monitor it remotely and I just restock it with items I choose and set my prices.That said, it’s worth noting they’re still a small, early-stage company. So out-of-state hosts (like me) do pay a launch fee to help cover the setup. But the team has been responsive so far & the product works really well. If you’re okay supporting a growing startup, it’s definitely worth considering.

I love that my VendiSmart kiosk has a QR code that links guests straight to my direct booking site. It’s helped me build trust, save on fees, and keep the relationship personal. Guests appreciate the option—and I appreciate the control.

Just try it. It just works.
Love how I can set my own prices & keep all my profits. Quite easy to operate and guests use it all the time. Best amenity in my Airbnb.

Grateful to be part of the pilot program
I joined VendiSmart early on as part of their pilot program, and it’s been a great experience. The kiosk added real value to my Airbnb—guests love the convenience, and I’ve seen consistent passive income. The team is very lean so thdy are very responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in helping hosts win. Excited to keep growing with them.

Guest love it and so do I
Kiosk has been a total win for my Airbnb. Guest love the convenience, and I love the passive income. However, it’s a bit large so it wouldn’t be ideal for smaller spaces. However it’s sleek, easy to manage and adds value to my space.

A no-brainer for any host
Adding a vendismart kiosk to my Airbnb was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Its easy to use and my guests constantly mention how helpful and convenient it is. Hight recommend.
