Purchased 8 Inconti-Pet Training pads based on this company advertising that pads are ideal to be placed under vet fleece to absorb any liquid to protect floor.The pads leaked, were not as advertised and the company have refused to refund or replace. I am taking this further but wish I had checked reviews first - too many one stars
Second purchase of non slip vetfleece recently after an initial purchase 2 years ago. Good quality and fast delivery. Recommended.
I purchased a drying coat via eBay and the quality was far better than drying coats I have that cost twice as much. Only downside was sizing. I got a M/L for my Springer spaniel as chart recommended but it was massive and even to big for my labrador. I changed it for a size M which was slightly to small for my spaniel.
I purchased a whelping box and vet fleece... I wish I hadn't bothered! The whelping box is made from cardboard which is fine as I have used cardboard whelping boxes from Pets@Home many times in the past and they have been great. However this was my first one I had purchased from these thinking it would be the same as any other! It was very cheap and flimsy the quality was poor compared to others I have used in the past. The fleece was OK but very expensive in comparison to other sellers, I only really purchased the fleece because I thought it would be easier to get it all at the same time.
Avoid this company all costs! I bought a retractable dog lead which seemed great at first but whilst on a walk it literally snapped off my 8 month old puppy’s harness and ravelled into itself. There was no lead left outside and nothing on her harness so the clasp must have snapped off too. She is not a chewer and not strong she’s a small dog. Luckily we were in a field and managed to grab her but if this was on a road this could be a whole different story! I messaged the company explaining this and they offered no apology or care toward the lack of safety of this product, or to compensate me for the cost of the lead. Frankly I am disgusted with the company and discourage anyone from using them.
I bought some Vet Fleece for my new puppy and was so impressed with the quality I went back and ordered some non-slip backed fleece...another great product.I had a small customer service issue which they responded to and resolved very. Excellent customer Service.
Ordered the supposedly plush and calming dognut bed. What arrived was a lumpy, low quality disappointment. I contacted customer services to discuss the possibility of returning it given it had been vacuum packed and received no answer. Hopeless
Ordered Heavy Duty Vetfleece bedding for our 3 dogs. Excellent product. All three dogs love it. Great service. Ordered and despatched on the same day and delivered 48 hours later. Can’t fault anything!
Excellent and fast service from a company who have continued - I hope - the quality that original vetfleece always had. Novel housestyle on invoices rather suggests they might be quite a good lot altogether.
I have recently purchased vet fleece from Vetfleece.com. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the fleece and the delivery was super speedy. I would 'highly' recommend to buy from them. Vetfleece - well done and thank you.
