It took a long time but goodIn the end
I had a very long experience with this company. I received my jacket but it was Spotted and was too small. They immediately began to Rectify the problems. However it took a very long time to get the replacement. The final result was good and I am receiving complements already.

I had a wonderful experience with Vettailor. The product I ordered was the wrong size so when I reached out for assistance they got back to me in a timely manner to assist me. Not only were they able to fix the problem but it also looks and fits beautifully!

GREAT COMPANY-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
There was a small glitch in getting my original order delivered, but in the end Vettailor made it right. I would recommend Vettailor to all veterans looking for a company that really cares about veterans and making sure we get our products done right. There was great communications back and forth by e-mail and it was very easy to communicate my needs. I worked with a Customer Service representative named Lili James and she was always available by e-mail to hear my needs and answer them promptly. I have no complaints about the professionalism displayed by her and the company. again, I can strongly recommend ordering any veteran clothing from this company if you want your products done right.Joe Formica, USN, 1972-76.

Best Constructed Ball Cap I Ever Purchased!
I ordered a Baseball style hat. I am telling you; this is the nicest, most well-made ball cap I have ever owned, even the $60.00 ones. The Front of the cap is stiffened so it won't lose its shape. The cap is comfortable to wear. The printing is meticulous, exactly as I customized it, and honestly, if the printing is this good, I am buying an embroidered hat from them. For the money, 100% worth it!

Excellent customer service
The delivery took a little longer than expected. But well worth the wait The quality of the product was superb. When I text them about the delivery they responded back immediately and confirmed they did receive my order and it was being produced and will be shipped out as soon as it was made. And that's exactly what happened and then they followed it up to make sure I got it which was unexpected and comforting.

My confusion turned into a blessing
My confusion turned into a blessing! I messed up on the shipping information that caused a delay. The VetTailor customer service dept made contact and we discovered what I did wrong. They corrected the information and sent the jacket a second time. Only with the sharp customer service crew did the jacket finally make it to me. Thank you customer Service. Bravo Zulu. The jacket fits nice and it looks good. It's my new favorite motorcycle jacket with a huge eye catching patch. It cuts through the wind great and keeps me warm. I got more than I asked for and met a wonderful crew. Thank you Vet Tailor

Quick Turnaround!

I have purchased several items through Vet Tailor and have been extremely happy for every single item. High quality products! I wish shipping was quicker but it appears it comes from China so that explains the delay. I had to contact Customer Service one time and they were quick, responsive, and helpful -- turns out I was a dummy as there was a clear cover to protect the items during shipment that I didn't see and once removed it looked perfect.

Regarding the USMC birthday celebration hat.All good, the hat looks great, BUT! The adjustment for tightening the hat is 3rd class, my opinion. I much rather have a button / hole type to adjust the tightness of the hat!Again my opinion, Thank you.11
