They have horrible marketing techniques. Constantly texting me even after unsubscribed. Eli, the CEO was sending me emails addressed to himself. Pushy marketing. Emails with no option to unsubscribe. They need to re-evaluate their customer outreach strategies.

Do not order from them! Never got my items!
I placed an order for two youth medium shirts. I received two adult small. I contacted them to say I received the wrong sizes and Maria tried to tell me I never ordered any youth shirts. Well, I showed her the order and then she said sorry for the oversight. Then told me I was getting a store credit and couldn’t give me the two YM shirts I ordered! I don’t want a store credit, I want the items I ordered or my money back! Very shady company! Do not order from them!

Exactly What I Needed
My stickers came out flawless. I used them on my laptop, notebook, and skateboard, and they all look sharp. The adhesive grips strongly and leaves no residue when removed.

Very poor communication and customer service
Placed order. I did make the mistake of selecting the Instagram sticker. I immediately emailed customer service asking them how to add a QR code before processed. The responce i got was not an answer to my question. The responce was at check out you can add ur QR code. I emailed back saying I already placed the order. The responce I got was of no help and they continued to process my order incorrectly and take my money. Stickers came in and they are definatly not worth $55!

Warning: Paid, wrong product sent, refund refused unless you pay again
I ordered and prepaid a custom sticker from Vinyl Status, explicitly specified as white on clear vinyl. After a 6-week delay, they delivered the wrong, unusable item.When I asked for a replacement or refund, the company acknowledged the error but refused both.From Vinyl Status (Maria), in writing:“To avoid repeating any mistakes, we are unable to reship or redo the order at no cost. However, you are welcome to place a new order and use your store credit toward it.”In other words: they kept my money, admitted the product was wrong, and required me to pay again to receive what I already bought.My response:“You did not send me what I ordered and paid for… If you cannot correct your mistake… I request a full refund.”They refused.Small dollar amount, but suspect pattern: accept payment → deliver incorrect product → deny refund → demand additional payment. Buyers should be aware.

Poor customer service …
This would have been my second purchase with this company! Paid over $100 for an order on Nov 24 that I have yet to receive! Emailed them about it and their response was at first the address, then they notified me that the order had been lost but rest assured they would get it reprinted and reshipped! Here we are today Dec 22 and I have yet to receive the item or a refund! I emailed a few days ago about a refund and I haven’t gotten a response yet! This company has the absolute worst customer service and the number they have on their site is not a real number!
