I was charged 17.5 minutes for a call that lasted about 2 minutes. Completely unacceptable.I also did a test call and it took them 3 minutes just to answer.This service claims it blocks or hangs up on telemarketers, but instead it lets calls run to inflate billable minutes.Misleading marketing, predatory billing practices, and zero value.Canceled immediately. Avoid this service.

I can't contact them the phone number on their website doesn't work, so I tried to find another phone number for them, and it has taken over an hour to get a response.
