Vozo promises everything, delivered nothing
Vozo promises everything. Please do not be fooled like I was. Their 'EHR' is not that at all. Basically some Pakistan men decided they knew enough to brand an EHR after "years of working on the software". They didn't even understand CPT codes. They asked me to send them a word document with all my protected information to fill out to get their proported EPCS. It was such a joke. They got me to pay for a year up front $600. There was no onboarding. I had to send numerous emails to get the features they advertise and none of them were operable. Even basics like adding your practice name and locations was dang near impossible. Within three days I realized I had been scammed. I reached out. When I called 'customer service', I use the term loosely, a man answered the phone "hello" instead of the company name. I could hear screen doors banging open and shut, neighborhood dogs barking, and children screaming. This was the person who was supposed to help resolve my issues?! It was such an unprofessional conversation that I immediately emailed my concerns and requested a refund. No one responded. Then no one would answer the phone. Thankfully, I bank with Chase Business and THEY gave me my money back. Most likely, because the company wouldn't bother to answer them either. Thank goodness for Chase! If something seems to good to be true in the EHR search... it is. Heed my advise and look elsewhere. They are a scam.
