I had to return one
I had to return one, my wife did not like, no issue in returns.Ended up buying a more expensive watch for her, turned out it was not working properly, so they didnt ship on my schedule.I called and had it shipped next day, great response to my issue.

Battery does not hold its charge
My watch battery does not hold a charge. with 24 hours under a light and 10 hours of direct sunlight and it doesn't work properly for more than 6 hours.

Plus the watch was even nicer than I expected, and being in California I literally received it overnight, with the customer service rep going out of her way to get it shipped out thd same day. The watch is fine. I love the overall look of it. However, the band is way too short for the watch. I guess I should have done a better job reading the specs. But, in the end it will be fine. I've got a longer band coming and should be here today.
