SCAMMERS!!
SCAMMERS!!! I bought a new model Miller Digital Infinity clear4x welding helmet from them and everything was fine with the shipping, it arrived on time and everything. The problem was that they sent me the same mask but the discontinued Clearlight 2.0 model. I contacted them and they sent me a return label to return it to them, when they received it they told me that the mask was not the one they had sent me and that I had bought the same helmet in another store to return it to them (which is stupid because the helmet is more expensive in any other store, who would do that to lose money?) Anyway, they told me that they were not going to return my money and they were also going to keep the mask that I returned.

Delayed shipment
I order several items from IOC and wasn't overly impressed with punctuality. I ordered on a Wednesday 10-25 and the items still had not shipped on the following Tuesday 10-31. I ordered the same items from another company on Saturday 10-28 and cancelled my order with IOC on Tuesday 10-31 because they had already arrived from the other company. I will say that when I called to cancel the order, they were very friendly and the refund hit my account almost immediately. I think if shipping had been more punctual, I would have been very happy with IOC.

Ordered a Miller Dynasty 300 and a Millermatic 255 along with a few other things. 3 days later my order was at my shop door. I've bought a lot of stuff from them and always have had good luck in getting what I ordered. Now, if they would get their web site fixed so that it would let mt back in, I would buy more.

I bought some welding supplies fro ioc on line. They charged me shipping and insurance. The product shipped promply ( they say) but after 3 weeks it still hadn't delivered. After numerous inquiries as to where my shipment was, they finally said they would refund my payment. The problem is they deducted the shipping cost( the amound they said it cost, who really knows if that was what they paid, and the insurance that i was forced to buy) I will never buy from them again.

Items marked "In stock" aren't really...
I ordered an item that IOC showed "In stock" on their website. When it didn't ship after 3 days, I called to inquire and was told it was on its way to them and would be shipping in 3 more days. When I called to follow up after those 3 days went buy, I was told the item was on backorder for 45 days. I canceled the order and will not do business with them again. They cost be a week of welding.

I ordered a Miller Multimatic 235…
I ordered a Miller Multimatic 235 Muliprocess Welder w/ cart and TIG kit, and a helmet. 3 of the 5 boxes arrived but the TIG kit and the helmet did not. I called and spoke to J.T. mostly and Josh, and finished off talking to the Manager, Nathan. All 3 were very professional and as this was a "surprise" for my husband I was concerned about the missing pieces. I can not Thank them enough, especially Nathan for getting the replacement items lost in transit! They just arrived and I am very pleased!Thank you, Cindy Clark

Order from Japan with a US shipping address and as usual the order was processed properly. Best supplier of welding equipment, for those who want US quality, while living overseas. My billing address was in Japan and shipping address in the US, though they also support direct shipping to Japan.
