Beware of custom orders
Beware when ordering custom size mattresses. We ordered 2 for our RV benches. Order, confirmation email, and mattress were all tagged with correct specs however both mattresses showed up short on length but correct on width. It was very apparent from the immediate unboxing these were not correct. I reached out immediately to sales to help fix and was told that the mattresses needed 24-48 hrs to expand for "weirdness" in foam. At 22 hrs the mattress length had not shifted at all, so I reached out again, asking to facilitate a returned so that I could work with someone in reordering these at a correct length. I was told AGAIN that theses would get bigger to fill that gap. When I explained that from 1-22 hrs no length in the mattress was happening and that 24-48hr would not change that, then the communication from the customer service person/people got rude. Using the direct phrase in their email to me " The only reason I am arguing with you.." Instead of acknowledging a mistake and helping to resolve an issue and help a customer to repurchase their goods, they will lose my business and my recommendation to others.Still do not know if they will facilitate a return and refund. I'm sure that process will be just as painful as the previous email exchanges with them.
