As a first-time buyer, I found the sofa setup a bit tricky, but customer support explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Now that it's assembled, it's super comfortable and perfect for relaxing.
Shipping packaging is an absolute nightmare. Didn’t receive all pieces at the same time, cushions are wedged in the headrest which are wedged in the base. It was the most difficult task to unpack. Headrest or armrest came damaged with the latch piece broken off and laying loose in the base. Contacted customer support but based on prior reviews I’m not hopeful.

Extremely disappointing experience. We have most of our couch, but three pieces are still missing weeks after ordering. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Messages go unanswered during business hours, and responses only come via email in the middle of the night. Calling is pointless — no one answers, and no calls are returned.We were given a shipping notification with a delivery date that passed with no delivery and no explanation. Only after reaching out were we told the item was backordered. We then chose a different color that was supposedly available for faster shipping, yet three weeks later we are still waiting on missing parts.The couch itself is just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately, the customer service is by far the worst part of this purchase and completely overshadows the product.
Ordered a couch and never received an email, a call back, or any response to the multiple emails I sent them. Couch might be nice, but I wouldn’t know because it’s been two months of zero communication.
I took advantage of the promotion to buy this sofa. It's simply worth more than its price! The sofa is very small and light overall, but it offers great support when you sit on it!
