Excellent support every time I need something. The best source to get premium plugins. I like to support original developers too by buying the plugins for them, but anytime I'm not sure whether something is worth it, I turn to WorldPressIT. I'm absolutely satisfied with everything.

I purchased quite a few items from Worldpressit and I must say that first, I never had issues with the products, or if there was something small to ask, the support team solved it in no time. This is my only place for buying themes and plugins, and I don't even think of changing it.
I've saved a ton of money building a few online businesses using this hosting with his pro plugins and themes. Was a bit suspect on the plugins but there's no malware and they just work perfectly. Only one plugin didn't work but I've used around 30 so far so can't complain. The cusomer service for support tickets has gone down a little bit since the beginning of my account around two years ago, but I can't complain. This service and hosting is a steal.
At first I was confuse about how updates works with this type of service but after contacting support they explain it very clear. Now everything is smooth. Prices are fair for what you get.

I have purchased several plugins from worldpressit.com to trial an they do exactly what they advertise. I did have a problem with one plugin, which turned out to be down to me. I purchased two lifetime memberships from WorldPressIT, clearly advertised as lifetime access.After completing the purchases and using the service, my access was suddenly and permanently revoked. When I contacted support, I was informed that my account was suspended and that no refund would be issued, despite the service being fully withdrawn.I was also accused of “fraud” simply for exercising my consumer right to contact my card issuer after losing access to a paid digital product. The company is now refusing any refund and conditioning reinstatement on additional fees.To be clear:Payment was completedAccess was revoked by the companyNo refund was offeredThis review is based on documented email communication and payment records.I believe other customers should be aware that “lifetime” access can be revoked without refund, and that dispute attempts may result in full account suspension.

Initially, the Review Bucket plugin did not work and had no valid licence, making it unusable despite correct installation and troubleshooting.I contacted customer support and dealt with Patrick, who apologised and offered two free plugins as compensation. At that point, the response felt fair and the issue appeared to be acknowledged.However, this was later reversed, with support stating the plugin was “working,” despite it clearly not functioning on my setup. This back-and-forth caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and the issue was dismissed rather than properly investigated at first.After escalating the matter and making a formal complaint, the situation was eventually resolved. While I appreciate that it was addressed in the end, the process undermined confidence in both the product and the support workflow.Resolved after complaint, but the experience highlights the importance of clearer licensing, more consistent support responses, and better first-line issue handling. would be five star else
When you ask for update they always response "You can report new updates on the "report new version needed.." button on the product page. This would then arrive to our acquisition team that would do their best to get the new version at the earliest, if / when it is available from our sources and partners"Take note the word "when it is available from our sources and partners" meaning if it is not available your hadwork and time you spent in building your website will be useless once the author of the website release a major update of the themes you bought and wordpressit cannot provide the latest version because it's not available from there sources.My website now is not functioning properly because of not-updated to the latest version which has a major update that affects the functionality and compatibility issues with the lates wordpress.I ask theme via messenger and use the report function but after 2 months there is no updated version from theme. They always response they will check with there sources.
