We had 208 Roofing install a Unified Steel Stone Coated Roofing system on our home. Wayne was easy to work with through the whole project. He was very responsive to any questions, and kept us informed through the whole process. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would and will recommend him and his crew for any roofing projects.
208Roofing came highly recommended by Taylor Rosseau. She used to work for another roofing company. When Wayne the owner came by for the first appointment, my wife and I felt very comfortable. He went through the entire process of both finance and the actual work to be done. That would include bottom to top. His company guarantee and materials guarantee. Not only did he replace the roof, he put in vents in places where the builder of the house failed to. He also fixed up the area around the chimney. The supporting wood was rotting and the flashing were badly done. Of course, all of this was apparent when he took dozens of pictures. Wayne was always available for any questions we had. I would recommend Wayne and 208Roofing to anyone. Thanks, Wayne!!!

Wayne and his crew at 208 roofing are absolutely wonderful to work with. They completely stripped and re-shingle my 2800 square-foot house and 1500 square-foot shop in one day. The results were spectacular. Wayne even went the extra mile and helped me fight the insurance company who did not want to pay for the damages. Called 208 Roofing for a leak repair and to have our 25 year old roof checked to see if it needed replaced. Wayne was great to work with, our roof being in worse shape than we thought Wayne didn’t hesitate to jump in and help with getting a claim filed with our insurance and took care of everything going forward always keeping us in the loop through correspondence either by text or email. The best experience I have ever had with a contractor in Mountain Home. I would recommend 208 Roofing to anyone.

208 Roofing did and amazing job on replacing our roof. Wayne was amazing to communicate with and work with. They showed up on time and worked very hard to get the roof done that day. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Love working with a roofing company that is professional and listens to the customer as well. There should be a special category for a business & owner like this to be able to give 10 stars. Wayne was an absolute prince to work with, providing a link to an awesome finance company and he went beyond providing a new roof by having his crew trim some tree limbs and make repairs & adjustment to my patio cover and awful north side facia. He was reassuring during some hiccups. I absolutely love my new roof, if I could, I would dance on it.208Roofing provides a great product & fabulous service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wayne, with 208 Roofing, was phenomenal to work with! We have been "in the process" of trying to get a new roof since the wind storm in March. Here we are, October, and we finally got it done. Wayne stuck by our side the entire time. He never gave up on us. He did all the "foot work" to make the claim through our insurance. He walked through that alongside us. Unfortunately our insurance didn't pay out as much as we had hoped. Therefore, We had to jump through some hoops to get personal financing figured out and Wayne jumped through every single one with us.Also, he allowed and even encouraged us to shop around for different bids and promised to match the lowest one. In which case he did, in fact, honor his promise and matched a lower bid for us. The crew worked quickly & efficiently to complete the job within 1 day. The ONLY complaint we had, was the multiple leftover nails & staples after clean up. However, when I brought it up to Wayne, he was certain to advise the crew. He even gave us an additional $100 off the price for our inconvenience. We highly appreciated the kind gesture to right the wrong.It all seemed too good to be true! Well...this time it was TRUE!We HIGHLY recommend 208 Roofing to anybody in search of top notch, quality roofing needs.
I talked to Wayne about my roof leaking inside of my home, he was able to go right out and fix the problem. Great communication and explained what was wrong, and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend and will use again 5 star
What I liked was how quick Mr. Brault got in touch with me after I called and left a message. It was no longer then 5 minutes, it took him to call back. When he came to do the estimate he was 10 to 15 minutes early then what he told me he would be at my residence. Then when it came to contacting my insurance Wayne told me that it would be no problem that he would take care of them for me. Well he lived up to his promise. He took care of them don't know what or how he did it but it worked. Once again thank you Wayne can't tell you that enough. Then when it was time for his team to tear off the roof, and put the new one on. I could not believe how quick his crew finished the job, which was no longer then 1 full day. And his employees were just as courteous and polite as he is. I just want to tell Wayne and his crew thank you for the wonderful job that you did, and being so polite to myself and my family. I will recommend your business to everyone that I know, and if I hear anyone saying that they need their roof redone, you can best believe that you will be getting a call from the people I send your way.
I am very pleased with the service I received from the company. We had wind / hail damage on a roof that needed complete replacement. Insurance was being difficult, but Wayne did not hesitate to jump in to supply additional info, as well as battle on my behalf. He went above & beyond to make sure the roof was replaced in a VERY tight timeline. Communication was timely & extensive. Fantastic customer service with extensive industry knowledge. Strongly recommend.

When an intense windstorm ripped a large amount of shingles off of my roof, Wayne and 208 roofing were there to help! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked well with my insurance company and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The roof that was installed looks fantastic! Even after the installation, Wayne has followed up promptly on any questions I have had. I feel that Wayne and 208 roofing kept my best interests at the forefront and they were truly invested in me as their customer. I would highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!
GREAT SERVICE!! We had a leak in the garage ceiling and when contacted responded within a few hours. Wayne the owner contacted me and maintained 100% communication on what was going on and did his best to accommodate me ASAP. They showed up the next day to inspect and asses and the 2nd day after that they came to fix and repair the roof/leak. The price that was estimated was reasonable ( A STEAL HONESTLY). On top of that the job was high quality and the price did not change. Honestly I took a shot in the dark by choosing them and was the best choice I could’ve made. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
