do not believe their warranty coverage…

do not believe their warranty coverage and buy from them. i brought eleven window blinds from them and now they are telling me they no longer carries the spare parts so they can't warranty their blind's life time warranty. their solution is for me is to buy new blinds from them. 2/23/26 update, this is a response to 3 day blinds. i had already called & submitted my receipt with a copy of the warranty to your staff name Austin F on 2/19/26. this is his response after speaking to your company's management "I have reviewed the information and original paperwork you provided. While we certainly honor our lifetime warranties, please keep in mind that the warranty is valid for the product as long as we maintain the technical ability to repair it or have the necessary parts available to continue servicing that specific model."like i stated, 3 day blind's life time warranty is a total fraud, feel free to prove me wrong and warranty my blinds.

Be sure and ck out color you want and compare pricing with other companies.

Work was done as scheduled, but the rail to slide the blinds on is rough and not easy to open or close with the wand. Wand handle very thin so wrapped white plastic tape around it to thicken it and make it easier to grasp.I should have ordered a different white-- more muted. My fault. When closed they look like bars across the windows.

Please be aware

I ordered my blinds on February 6th and still have not received the remote and charger. Today is February 19th. I have called the company several times and was told it would be fed ex’d to my home and received in 2 days. Called again and agent knows nothing about the status.NEVER RECEIVED charger or remote. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Once they have your money, they’re done with you. BE AWARE.

DO NOT USE

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with, from sales to so-called customer support. When I moved into my new home, I spent thousands of dollars with this company on shades. At that time, my sales rep was attentive and pleasant, clearly motivated by the large commission she stood to earn. Two months ago, I reached out again for shades for my office. This project was much smaller, and the difference in treatment was glaring. The same rep was suddenly inattentive and disengaged, though she did eventually take the order. I was very clear about what I wanted, and she even showed me samples of what I would be receiving. What was delivered and installed was not what we agreed to.The shades looked unfinished, with visible metal and plastic exposed, completely unacceptable. I was genuinely baffled. I contacted her immediately to address the issue and explained that I still needed to order additional shades for the remaining doors, but that we first needed to resolve the mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, I was quoted an astronomical price, after she had already attempted to overcharge me by $1,500 on the original order. Miraculously, she was able to “apply a discount” both times. This appears to be their standard practice: quote outrageously high prices to see what they can get away with, then backtrack when challenged. When the installation error became undeniable, the company refused to stand behind their product, hiding behind the excuse that I was “out of the cancellation window.” Of course I didn’t cancel, I had no idea there was a problem until they installed the shades incorrectly. This company is unethical, and unprofessional. They do not value repeat customers, they do not stand behind their work, and they certainly do not operate with integrity.I ultimately went with Blinds To Go, 50% cheaper, same quality, and genuinely lovely service.Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. DO NOT use this company!

A very poor installation job, quality question

In December of 2025, we contracted 3 day blind to do our shades and on installation date we had two people come in to to installs the blinds, they did a very shady job that even the installer acknowledged he did a poor job but that he had to leave since it is late in the day, he mentioned he will put it in his report and the company will send him out again to fix it and it is no problem, since then, I have been contacting the customer service and they kept saying the will get the guy to schedule a time to fix it and now the lady does not even respond to my emails. I am getting the go F yourself kind of treatment. This is an eyesore like a Temu kind of quality. I will hopefully will be seeking other alternatives to get value for our money.

I Highly Recommend 3 Day Blinds

3 Day Blinds was recommended to me by a neighbor who had been using their services for many years. My own experience was every bit as satisfying as my neighbor's: the designer took a ton of time with us as we showed him the windows we wanted shades for, and what we had in mind. They had loads of fabric samples/colors/textures to choose from, as well as several options ranging from light filtering to total blackout. We went with a light neutral that looks so subtly rich and pretty. One of the shades in our bedroom is on rechargeable electric system so you can open/close via a remote or via an app on your phone. The installer stayed with us until the included hub and app were installed/logged in so I could make use of all of this functionality. The time frame from initial appointment to install date was just under a month, so it was definitely more than 3 Days. But I love our blinds so much, and will absolutely call 3 Day Blinds again if we need additional window treatments.

Junk

Junk. Absolutely do not recommend. The worst customer service. I hope they record their customer calls. Battery life is a joke and if they stop working it’s $94.00 to have someone come out and look at them. So if they stop working one by one that’s $94.00 each time a technician comes out. Yes the customer service walked me through the ‘resetting’ of the remote control. That didn’t work. The next advice was to pay $94.00 to have someone come out and look at it. Again it was the rude customer service that prompted this bad review.along with disappointing product. Good customer service goes a long way when you’re disappointed in your purchase.

3 day Blinds…

From our Sales person, Trevor to talking to their office, to the Installer, Stanley, it was a pleasure working with this company. I love my new Custom Shutters, they are perfect and exactly how I wanted them. Every one I’ve spoken to has been kind, courteous, and very helpful!

Beware, motor charge failure, $131 in home tech assistance

We’ve had our motorized shade for 14 months now. It is not for older customers! The motor failed to charge - magnetic clip stayed blue, never green even with 24 hr charging. Called, was told charging cable might be too long and to remove magnetic clip and use usb port directly instead. I got a defective product that failed to charge with a tiny part difficult to access to as a solution. Imagine an elderly homeowner removing a tiny magnetic clip without ripping the shade or breaking a hip. Of course Customer service offered an in home service for $131.

Truly the worst product

Truly the worst company, with the worst product. I had to have the blinds fixed on 3 separate occasions, for the same issues within 6 months. After the blind final were fixed and not broken, within 2 month, they have once again broken. I am going to count my losses and uninstall them and go with another company. Also the company they use to install has the worst costumer service and takes weeks to get a call back and a date for installation and repairs. Save your money and go somewhere else

Design Consultant Ruins Order

UPDATE 2: 3 Day Blinds did eventually correct the mistake free-of-charge after lots of back and forth and pushing on my end. It turns out that the product we wanted wasn't even an option (or feasible with how we use our shades - they stop making TDBU cordless shades at 85" and if you leave the shades down for too long, the cordless mechanism stops working). I'm disappointed that the design consultant severely lacked this critical knowledge from the start. We had to fabricate something for the second cord to anchor to since there was no wall on one side, but we got our CCL TDBU shades installed (they did mess up on the dimensions [65 vs 65-3/4] but I can live with slightly too narrow shades).UPDATE: They offered 30% off a new order. Seeing as this was a major mistake that their design consultant made, I'm disappointed. We've noticed more issues since it's been over a month with this product (rubbing that will likely cause fraying, improperly installed locking clips that cause stretching and prevent the shades from easily raising, etc). I still can't recommend this company.ORIGINAL: Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to indicate the blinds should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. We trusted our consultant to fill the order as we had discussed. Customer service said we are stuck with these worthless blinds. Having a design consultant is more of a liability than a benefit. Never using or recommending this company to anyone.

Poor Customer Service 3 Day Blinds

I recently purchased roller shades and valances from 3 Day Blinds without obtaining additional quotes. The blinds themselves look great, but unfortunately, the installer didn’t set the track up correctly, which left a noticeable long spot on my new shades. I reached out for a replacement since the product is still under warranty—it was only a week after installation—but I’ve had a very difficult time getting the issue resolved. I keep getting the runaround instead of real assistance. While the quality of the blinds is good, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before purchasing. Even with their advertised discounts, 3 Day Blinds’ prices are quite high compared to other companies.

Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Absolutely horrible product and customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.Spent thousands of dollars for what is marketed as a superior product just to have 6 of 8 units fail on multiple occasions over a short period of time. After failing the first time they charge for a service call to attempt to fix their inferior products. After the second time they still want to charge for a service call, third time, etc..Furthermore, return communications to discuss a resolution are promised, but never occur. As of today's date (11/10/25), I am still waiting for a response from a communication that took place on 9/16/25.There are only two people in my household, therefore these units are used less than average and always handled with care.Like most consumers, when I purchase a "premium" product I expect for it to not routinely fail and inconvenience me by having to schedule for repairs versus replacements. I also expect at least mediocre customer service. It should be noted that I purchased an off the shelf comparable product from Home Depot at a fraction of the cost, which works perfectly every time.If Hunter Douglas owns this company as I have been told, the 3 Day Blinds products are an extremely poor reflection upon that brand as well.
