John is not a lawyer
John Parra received a Cease & Desist fromthe California State Bar for unauthorized practice of law. Continues to Give Legal Advice WithoutLicense: He instructed me on eviction strategy, told me how to respond to tenant notices, citedcase law, and warned I could waive my rights if I didn’t follow his guidance — even though he isnot an attorney. Overcharged & Undelivered: I paid $475 plus $250 for a “rebuttal” hepromised but never completed. Additional services he offered were unnecessary and neverperformed. Neglected Duties: My tenants are still in the property months later because he failedto set a court date, ignored my instructions, and continually blamed me for delays while takingmy money. Threatened Me Over This Review: He sent messages and posted on Yelp claimingmy review was “fake,” threatening legal action, and stating he could charge $150 per day indamages for defamation, libel, malicious prosecution, and other claims. This review reflects mypersonal experience. Bottom line: In my experience, this service was unreliable, overcharged,and acted outside its legal scope. He continues to give legal advice without a license, chargedfor services not rendered, neglected key duties, and attempted to intimidate me over my review.I cannot recommend this business for eviction assistance.

This small business is a great company ran by a guy named John. He is a very nice and smart person. He has over 15 years experience in legal document preparation. I had him prepare documents for child custody, and support and serve my ex. John did a great job and filed the proof of service at the Riverside Court. I will use him for all my legal needs.
