Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. The company agreed to visit to assess my aerial but never turned up. They didn't bother to ring to cancel either. I had taken an afternoon off work to be in for them. When they did't turn up I rang them. Instead of apologising a rude man simply said "yep, we are behind, best contact someone else"
