The worst airline ever: SCAM!
The worst airline ever. I booked a flight and they changed the schedule without notifying me. A few days before departure I went to check in and found the time had been moved. Too bad I can’t make the connection anymore because it no longer lines up with my previous flight.I’ve tried to contact them by phone, impossible to reach. Emails go unanswered, I messaged them on LinkedIn, no reply. There is no way to get in touch with them.I arrive in Antananarivo tomorrow and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do at the airport, since I’ll miss the connection. This is disgraceful and unacceptable. They should be held accountable.

Highway Illegal Robbery (Potentially)
We have not flown yet but already issues . The flights were purchased in January and e-tickets issued . Around May I checked our checking two sets of flights were reportedly cancelled . They suggested alternatives to both . One I accepted the other I could not as the flight was landing in the night from which we are to take a drive and boat to our accommodation . When I try to book the same flights they are clearly still available but at a higher price . I have used there customer service contact a few times , their has been no acknowledgment or reply to my query . They say speak to my travel agent which we didn't use .

DO NOT FLY with Madagascar airlines
DO NOT FLY with Madagascar airlines. My wife and I had our honeymoon ruined by this airline, through cancelled flights, moved flights and absolutely NO replies to emails or phone calls when we tried to ask for help. It really is a shame that this beautiful country has such terrible customer service, as this will make it a much more difficult experience for tourists to visit. The desk at Antananarivo airport are particularly bad, please avoid

Worst company ever - still waiting from them almost 1K - they confirm the refund process was initiated but never got back updates. I wish you could fail.

Worst Airline Experience ever
Our flight from TNR to DIE was cancelled without any notice and no one from air madascar is able to provide us any solution to bring us to our destination. We have hotels and a tour of the north booked that we cannot do because of this flight. Air Madagascar is ruining our holiday.

I dont know how they have 2.6 when there is 4reviews for 1star. worst flight company ever... I had a flight from paris to madagascar canceled because of covid in april 2020... yes 1 year ago and to this day I have no reimbursement, there is no way to reach them out. nobody answers in their company. 965euros that they owe me. Its ridiculous that they dont care on answering . I had few flights canceled because of covid and to this day, they are the only ones with no answers...
