The absolute worst delivery company on…

The absolute worst delivery company on the planet… they don’t call to confirm before arrival just show up and leave. Won’t wait 10 minutes. Charges $100+ for redelivery. Driver is a liar word is garbage.

Great delivery guys

The delivery guys, Byron and Harrison were very professional and helpful with the sofa that was delivered. It was a sleep sofa and very heavy. Thank you so much!!

Cancelled delivery THREE TIMES within 30 minutes of window

Absolutely horrendous, the cancelled our delivery on three different days, all within 30 minutes of the delivery window. We had called out of work each of these days to receive this delivery of an expensive couch that they kept canceling. Absolutely useless customer service, we will never order an item from a company that contracts with AM Home again.

O Stars. I hate to write this review because me and my wife love this furniture set. I would NEVER go through this again if I knew this would happen. The delivery service for this product and seller is awful and that's putting it kindly. 1st I was told by one of their reps it would be delivered on this date. Never showed. Then was given a second date. Never showed. Then after I called mildly upset, they decided to deliver the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Not ideal but okay, at least we have our furniture FINALLY after weeks.My wife was 6 months pregnant and I was a month and a half healed with a broken ankle so l paid 350 dollars for "white glove service". What a joke. I was required to pay in advance. I didn't have a choice so we paid it. The day of delivery comes and a young and older gentleman arrive. They come in and inform me that they won't be performing a white glove service and I would need to either have an entire bedroom set left inside my breezeway and living room, or would have to carry it up 14 stairs. They were in no way bothered by this. I had a neighbor over and myself in a walking boot and my neighbor had to carry this up my stairs while my pregnant wife tried to help navigate and position. Not only that but we unpacked everything and inspected everything and assembled everything. The delivery company AM TRUCKING carried 6 boxes away and I was guaranteed a refund for the trouble. To this date I was told I would receive half of it back. 175 dollars for two men to stand and watch us struggle and carry a few boxes away for recycling. I obviously told them that was absurd and to this day I haven't received a single cent back for their "white glove service". Now they're saying l issued a chargeback or something with my bank in hopes that I will give up or forget or something. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and understand that some people blow things out of proportion.... This is not that. Go to Rooms to Go. Go to a local furniture store. Call these sellers direct and see if you can get your items another way. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THAT PRICE LOOKS. It sucks because the seller has been responsive and nice and the furniture is great value but the delivery service really really ruined this for me.

If I could do negative rating I would.First my refrigerator sat in their facility for a week and a half. First it was supposed to be to be delivered Jan. 27 then the 29th and then finally on Feb 2. The facility was only 40 miles from my home.I just had a refrigerator delivered and they literally brought it in the kitchen and left it . No plugging it in nothing. They didn’t speak English or so they acted like it. They had me sign a couple of electronic forms that were not in English and then left all the packing materials at the end of the driveway. We tried to stop them then in English they said one of the forms stated it was ok to leave the materials. 😡 It was not ok! I will be leaving a review on line as well.Carol

This is crazy what has happen today !

This is crazy what has happen today !! The driver was on the wrong side of the building I told him to meet me in back it will take me couple minutes to get downstairs cause elevators are busy and he pulls away as I’m walking to truck!!!!! I have tried contacting him he ignores me !! Very unprofessional he almost hit a pedestrian the way he sped out the loading dock!!! He was rude and nasty since second he called me Originally my sechule window was 11- To 3pm He calls at 4:47 with out calling me prior saying he is 10 mins away . He comes goes to wrong part building and get annoyed and tells me I’m past 15 minute window the time never startedAnd then you call costumer service they all work remote from home and have no contact to driver or managers They wait for reply from email from managers with answer they don’t have sechule they don’t have any communication with there driversI never seen buisness runned like this before I ask to speak to manager or head supervisor for week now and never got a email or phone call from him or her This company should not be doing deliveries they can’t handle

Bait and switch

Scheduling was a joke. And I paid $360 for white glove delivery and when they arrived they told me it was “white glove without assembly.” Classic bait and switch.

Very good delivery

I read so many negative reviews, but my experience was very good. They removed my existing refrigerator and replaced it with the new one they brought out. Took precautions not to damage our European hardwood floors and the cabinetry enclosing the fridge. Took all the packing materials with them (without me having to say anything). Great experience until they knocked over wobbly clay pot, but they offered to replace it personally. Hard to complain about anything here!

NOT a good experience

NOT a good experience! My order was received by them on dec 24th. They charged me an extra $125 to have couch brought in house instead of on the curb. I was told they promised delivery by Tues or Wed and they would confirm w scheduling department and call me back. There were several calls made with no response and today is Jan 1st and I still don’t have my furniture or not even ETA or delivery confirmation. Poor Service

Terrible business practices and customer service

For a company that delivers large home items like appliances and couches, they have woefully disorganized and inadequate operating practices and make it impossible to understand when or if your item will be delivered. My order has been “tentatively” scheduled for delivery and not actually been delivered FOUR times. Every time I try to call to get more information, I’ve been told there’s no way to confirm or select a delivery date and that if they decide to put me on the schedule, I’ll hear something the day before. This is no way to operate. I ordered a fridge. You can’t give people one day notice before delivery for something like that. When I’ve asked to speak to a manager, I’m told there’s no one I can talk to. On another occasion when I had a couch delivered, they left their packing materials and garbage all over my lawn. They should be ashamed.

Horrible and took nine weeks and still has not been delivered when they promised four weeks. This is the most garbage delivery service that there ever was and I don’t know how they’re still open. They are absolutely garbage.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! I’d give 0 stars if I could. My original delivery date was Dec 18. It got rescheduled to today Dec 24.And they couldn’t bring my boxes to my actual door. Lazy mfersDon’t expect your item to be delivered on time OR at your actual door!

Having read so many negative reviews a pleasant experience

Having read so many negative reviews, I was extremely concerned that our order wouldn’t arrive on time or in tact. Yes this companies tracking feature is atrocious, it is still currently showing my order is still in Dallas. It’s not.On the day of delivery, I received text messages from the delivery guys letting me know where they were and when they would arrive. They were extremely polite and professional, I as a delivery driver looked in the back of their truck, everything was secured correctly and as they moved other people’s orders around they did it with care.Off loading my order they took their time, unpacked it and place it in my house, again taking their time and ensuring zero damage. They then allowed me ample time to inspect my goods for any defects without hurrying me, and once all was good and signed for went on their way with a coffee of course and a smile on their faces.Overall a fantastic experience.

I am ashamed for this company....

I am generally a balanced reviewer, and often include the good with the bad. In this case, I am ashamed for AM Home Delivery.After tipping the Delivery Team (MARVIN (EMJR) & ANGEL DIAZ (EMJR)) $100/each in hopes of encouraging professionalism & decency, they DESTROYED the carpet and drywall damage, in my 2,000sqft brand new home and executive rental. Without regard for the walls also severely damaged the drywall in the house. When filing a complaint about the experience, was asked to 1. go to a notary and pay to notarize a letter. 2. Obtain 4 bids for the work to fix the issues. This alone takes weeks and 4 meetings with contractors and all BEFORE fixing the carpet and drywall. While occupied with tenants. 3. Submit the notarized document, photos, bids and wait to hear if they tool will be sending a contractor out to bid. All this to "possibly" have a resolution... for an issue caused by this company. I no longer even care about the $1,500 I have to spend to fix it all... I am more disgusted with the principle. I'd normally offer photos but it doesn't appear possible.

Don't buy anything from a company who uses this delivery service

This is my second go around with this company since it's who AJ Madison uses, the first item my range I ended up being refunded by AJ Madison after waiting over a month to receive a range I never received. This time it's a microwave that AM Delivery has had since 12/4/25, still no delivery date available (Im only 40 miles away from them), I have offered to go pick up my item myself, but evidently that's not allowed, asked to speak with supervisor but evidently they don't have them either. This company is a freaking joke. And it looks like AJ Madison is fixing to get their microwave back. 🥵🥵

Very disappointed in the service

Very disappointed in the service. They called to schedule a delivery and come to find out my delivery has been changed no communication or nothing. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s no supervisor or manager to speak with.

Absolutely professional and white glove service, they came in removed the old unit installed the new unit in perfect shape. These guys were good.
