ChromaLuxe is stunning
I ordered the ChromaLuxe. Photo quality was excellent and both recipients were impressed and really liked their gift. Customer service was exceptional. They made sure the gifts arrived by Christmas even though I ordered slightly past the delivery window. They kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend and would use them again. 5 stars!

Great quality and experience.
Working with ArtisanHD was a great experience from top to bottom. As an illustrator who now works exclusively in the digital world, it was important to find a printer who could make the watercolor effect I see on screen happen with the final print. ArtisanHD hit that right on the nose. The color, the quality...I'm really delighted.Also, there was a mix-up on my end early on, where I contacted them to stop production of one image size and start at a different size. Stephanie Joyce on their end was understanding, made the change, and got me what I needed with professionalism and care. It really made a difference.Whenever I need the top-quality printing of my artwork, there is no other choice for me.

This company exceeded all expectations
This company exceeded all expectations! Facing a tight deadline, I left a weekend message. Stephanie called back immediately Monday morning and had my print job completed and shipped by Tuesday. I've always loved their quality, but their customer service is just as outstanding. Highly recommend!

I uploaded a poor quality image by mistake and the company did not catch it and contact me to make sure I didn’t have a higher resolution image. They could easily see it was a poor image but printed and charged me anyway.
