Fraudulent - AYMcars.com and eAYMgarage.com
This website/company and related website eAYMgarage, LLC are fraudulent. When attempting to purchase a vehicle through another website, I was directed to this one, who claims to be a third party selling cars and other items, but protecting the buyer by holding funds from the seller until the buyer is satisfied with the item and transaction. This company has a sophisticated website, but there are several problems. First, they claim in "About Us" to be headquartered in Philadelphia, and they have been in business since 2003. Yet they provide no physical address, the website was established in November, 2022, and the Pennsylvania Secretary of State has no record of an LLC under this name. Further, there is no way to see the "inventory" of this company from their website-----you can only view the item you want by using the item number. In my case, I was looking at a vintage car that has a normal selling price of at least $50,000, but they were advertising it for $7,500, which includes shipping. This ridiculously low price is a huge red flag for fraud. When corresponding with them, they won't provide the VIN number of the vehicle or a title image, but they want me to provide my address and other details for "shipping" the item. Another big red flag!Beware of this outfit-----they are clearly fraudulent!
