Candle season is my favorite season
I will never be fully rational when it comes to Bath & Body Works and I've made peace with that. The three wick candles are genuinely some of the best you can find at that price point and the fall scent lineup every year makes me embarrassingly excited. Knocked a star off because the sales and promotions are so constant that paying full price for anything feels like a mistake, which means I've trained myself to only shop during sales and that's kind of a weird dynamic for a brand to create.

Twice a year bath and body works essentially loses their mind and sells everything for next to nothing and I have built my entire relationship with this brand around those two events. Stock up on hand soaps, body lotions and candles for the whole year in one trip and spend maybe forty dollars. The regular pricing is hard to justify but the sale pricing is almost too good. Staff at my location is always friendly and the store smells incredible which sounds obvious but genuinely adds to the experience.

I have Been shopping here for years still not getting rewards points always an issue with my online orders my info has been wrong for over two years I asked them to change it been in the store several times at wyennwood village in lake worth still having the same problem I tell thrr we m I’m not getting my rewards my birthday is wrong and they say we will fix it but keeps over charging me it maybe my fault because I love the candies and I keep going they obviously don’t care to keep me as a customer

Fix your shipping practices!!!
Every time I try to order something from Bath and Bodyworks online it comes damaged. I do NOT understand why such a large company cannot use paper to protect their products, a little tape to keep soap lids closed, and keep themselves from the expense of refunding and reissuing items!! This has been their way of shipping for YEARS!! Make that make sense!! All of the wallflowers are broken, the soap tops are either broken or open. I just don’t understand. Terrible service.

I ordered a body mist on January 9th, it came over 6 weeks later.
I ordered a body mist on January 9th, I paid, money taken out of my account, conformation email, invoice, great, fab, hopefully it’ll be here in a week or so, a week later no emails, no text, I check the tracking order and ‘Order Not Found’, that’s odd, I’ll email costumer service, got the automated email back saying ‘We’ll be with you soon’, never heard back, a wee later emailed again, nothing on that email. I tried calling customer service several times, never picked up, even being on hold for seven minutes, nothing. So I just gave up and left it be. Just over 6 weeks later I get a parcel, and it’s the body mist. I was in shock but also happy, but also very frustrated and will not be ordering off them again.

After multiple agents that clearly lied to me because they said my package shipped out but in reality they lost my package. After multiple agents, disconnected calls, supervisors, they have yet to reship out my package that I already paid for. Their response please be patient. I asked for my package to be expedited since they lost my package but the supervisor told me they don’t do that for customers. At this point all I can do is report them to the better business bureau. Unwillingness to Solve Problems
There are two products from Bath & Body Works that I really enjoy: candles (& the special fall candle event) and the men's body washes. Last year, I "waited online" for my turn to place a candle order. I placed the order and still have evidence of it. However, while it did show up as "pending" at my bank, I never received a confirmation and, of course, the order was never shipped. I exchanged chat messages online multiple times and they were worthless -- repeatedly telling me they couldn't find an order I could prove was submitted. Unable to access any other way to contact customer service, I actually wrote a letter with all the documentation. No response! Given all the complaints here, it appears obvious they just don't care about customer service or solving customer's problems. Fortunately, even though the products are favorites of mine, there are alternatives and Bath & Body has lost this customer!
