Poor quality products, and terrible after sales service. Wouldn't go there again. Or recommend anyone using them. Products we bought deteriorated within three months,black taps and shower fixtures. We didn't use harsh chemical cleaners.we reached out to them and many months latter we are still waiting to get this matter resolved we are still waiting to hear back from them.
Brutal customer service and totally unreliable shipping. Made an order May 9th which was supposed to be delivered June 9th and still has not shipped as of June 26th. From what I can tell this is a real company but it sure feels like I got scammed. Do not recommend.

I fell into the trap of not looking at these reviews and. If you are reading this please check out these negative reviews before you even contemplate a purchase. They took over £1000 and just brushed it under the carpet saying no you did an incorrect order.It's quite funny to note that the response from them is that the customers are always lieing and that they never lie. Please be very careful when you look at what you want all those people above have been scammed and you could be next.I hope I have been a help to all of you that were about to purchase but then read this review.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RUBBISH COMPNAY.Would give zero stars if I could. Please read the negative reviews before purchasing from this place. How they treat customers is horrible. Please make sure you have in writing what you're going to order otherwise they will send you something that resembles your product and then charge you for it. They do not offer a reasonable returns policy so you will need to be 100% sure its the right product which you can't be beacuse they will send you something else. Please don't fall for there brochure trick, they will trick you and say it's not exactly like the brocure after you have paid. Please make sure you get a receipt and make sure you have everything written down from colour to make to dimensions.I can see from the reviews that this looks to be a regular occurrence. I have started a claim against this company as they try to make people suffer after they have received a payment.I offer advice to anyone reading this message, please please please look at other companies that supply these products and have a returns policy otherwise you will regret it.The owner Jack and the manager Julie think they can bully people and enjoy it when they hear the poor customers on the other end of the phone crying and pleading for help. They have a standard response to everything by calling all customers liar's. Yes, this was there response which left me shocked and humiliated.I have decided to file a claim and report them to watchdog. I dont think it will be too long before they're on watchdog as so many people are fed up of these guys.WARNING!!! PLEASE AVOID BATHROOM DEPOT AT ALL COST
Customer Service appalling. Bought a plastic strip for the bottom of the shower screen and went to The Bath Depot Ltd, Elland Road, Leeds. Took the old plastic strip with me to get a direct replacement. Bath Depot sold me a 'universal' strip. Got home, no instructions, nothing. And guess what? It didn't fit. After ringing the company to check, all I got was abuse. Once the product had been opened no chance of a refund. 'Get on You Tube to see how to fit it'. How rude and absolutely no customer service or helpful advice at all. Will never go back there again.
